“The hotel we booked for Jeddah showed up as hotels on Falestine Street which is the area I wanted to stay in. But it was an apartment and it was not on Falestine Street it was much further away so this ruined our holiday and plans and cost a lot in taxis. Please ensure the correct information is provided on your website so people are not misled in to booking the wrong venues”

“Il punto di forza dell’albergo è sicuramente il personale, cortese e disponibile. Purtroppo dietro all’albergo stanno costruendo un fabbricato, come - correttamente- riportava il sito dell’albergo. Solo che i lavori non iniziavano alle 7, come scritto: la prima notte hanno iniziato alle 04,30 del mattino, la seconda alle 06,00.”

“All the afternoons, for several hours, hotel made maintenance job activities on the 6th floor. All guests on the 5th floor could hear a deafening drill noise. No apology from the hotel. I don’t understand how this is a 5 star hotel. It’s absolutely not a 5 star hotel. I will never come back again in this hotel.”

“The hotel room was spacious with minimal furniture yet comfortable and clean. Food choice for breakfast will suit more dinner rather than breakfast, but both the quality and quantity was satisfactory. Will recommend use ceramic coffee cups rather than paper ones.”
