“We had a nice 2 night stay. We did laundry and front desk provided a better desk chair. Main drawback was room didn’t have many outlets. We had to use an extension cord. Breakfast was just fine - but no yogurt. ”

“I found the toilet had not been thoroughlyu cleaned, and small bits of fecal matter stuck to thesides of the stool. Could have been easily cleaned with a swish from toilet brush. Alsdo, bathroom sink faucet handle came off first time I used it because the set screw in back was loose, and needed tightening. No big deal, but my plumbing tools are at home. Other than that, things wsere great.”

“Rachel was amazing kind, hospitable, resourceful and demonstrated willingness to help, and a high attention to detail. She should be a leader, and I witnessed her rapport with the staff, as well as patrons.”

“The jet tub had a slow drain to it, as well as jets that literally sprayed across the room. The tv was broken with no warning and no ability to replace or fix.”
