“Aldilà che con più di una settimana di preavviso (mentre era in corso la prenotazione) ho chiesto il rimborso dell ultima notte per un errore mio commesso in fase di prenotazione e si sono rimbalzati la palla hotel.com e l'holiday inn attribuendosi la responsabilità del rifiuto del rimborso... solvoliamo perchè errore mio, l'hotel è mediocre... la colazione fornita ogni giorno non è per niente variegata e qualità del cibo è piuttosto scadente.

“Staff was rude when checking in. Place is very old and needs lots of work. Doors don’t work properly, floors are covered with oil or something, puddles of water under the sink, outlets don’t work. Just don’t spend your money on this place. I felt very unsafe there even with a security guard walking around. ”
