“The manager Brittany was amazing. My mom had a crown fall in the sink and we asked her to get the maintenance guy- she said that unfortunately they don’t come to work u til night time (it was 8a. When I approached her ). Within an hour she had called in the maintenance guy and he got u to sink and found the tooth !!!!!! “I stayed in room 230 and was bitten by bed bugs during my stay! I told staff and they sent someone to spray the room. I refused to stay in the room so they moved me! I believe they went on to still rent out the room!”

“L’hotel è pulito e le camere spaziose. La cosa peggiore è la colazione perché praticamente inesistente Si paga per un servizio che non viene dato in quanto l’unica cosa che mettono a disposizione è del caffè (neanche il latte) e delle barrette.evidente che se si viaggia con dei bambini non c’è modo di fargli mangiare nulla. Troverei molto più corretto che fosse indicato che la colazione non è disponibile ”

“Was a little concerned at first because of some mixed reviews but decided to take a chance and glad that I did. The staff was great, friendly and welcoming,our room had everything we needed and was comfortable and the hotel was in a good location and in good condition. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.”
