“This hotel was a perfect start to our cruise. The check-in was seamless, the room was clean. If I had to come up with a complaint I thought I had booked a king bed but got a room with 2 queen beds. Not a big deal at all but it did seem the room was a little tight. Aside from that, I would book to stay here again. It’s literally steps to the beach. ”

“From the moment we enter the building, the staff was friendly and courteous. The hotel room was clean and well stocked. This is definitely the go to hotel while visiting Galveston! ”

“Hotel dall'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Camere spaziose e sopratutto molto confortevoli e pulite. Colazione abbondante e molto apprezzato il fatto che durante il giorno ci fosse il caffe sempre a disposizione. Utilissimo il computer nella reception con stampante annessa a disposizione dei clienti, nel nostro caso abbiamo avuto un problema con l'apertura di un file pdf (biglietto aereo) e la ragazza alla reception ci ha subito risolto il problema.”

“The place was very clean and nice right on seawall! Them offering cruise parking was a plus! It is first come first serve though so if you are planning to use them for cruise parking I would recommend getting there sooner! But the staff was very nice and answered any questions we had! Definitely will be staying here again! ”

“The hospitality of the front desk clerk was outstanding! I believe his name was Robert. I could be wrong, but he was very friendly, making a 6 hour trip well worth it. 10/10 will come back just to see his bright wonderful personality. He is definitely a value to the company! My room was clean, the only thing I could notice that needed some work, 1) the elevators sound very sketchy, we stayed on the 4th floor and once coming to a stop, the whole elevator would shutter, causing a loud disturbing...
