Cottage a Palm Beach Gardens

“Very nice place to spend with the family and explore around the area, the bike rides were awesome connecting through the River Bend Park, and the actual place was great for a weekend retreat to celebrate with family and friends.”

“It was cozy and perfect for our vacation needs. We loved the pool too.”

“Charming and delightful! Not just super clean, but welcoming. Linda was gracious and hospitable throughout. The location is also fabulous…nestled amongst gentrified historic homes, close to the water and parks, and lots of good dining choices nearby.”

“The unit was clean and comfortable and the host was very nice”

“We stayed for a couple nights at this property and it was perfect! Very clean, really close to the Convention Center where our daughter was having a sports competition and the neighborhood was absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend!”

“The room was very clean and perfect for somebody who is going to be out and about”

“Wonderful host!! Very attentive, great instructions in the home, comfortable. Would stay here again!!”

“Great location. Adorable neighborhood and close to restaurants. Centrally located to attractions. Quiet and comfortable. Host is helpful and easy to communicate with.”

“The pictures are totally misleading as is the description. It says that it sleeps eight. There are two beds in each bedroom one of the queen size beds is surrounded by walls on three sides so the only way to get into it is to go over a footboard at the bottom of the bed the other queen size bed has approximately 8 inches on one side to getinto it. It’s advertised as a gourmet kitchen, which it is far from. For example, the silverware drawer had three forks. The exhaust on the stove was filthy...

“very clean, nice, organized, and cozy and provides everything you would need on a trip. host was extremely nice and welcoming, also responded and communicated very quickly. the area is also very nice and shops within a short drive.”

“The property was clean and comfortable and in an excellent location. The cowboy pool and putting green added whimsy. If you plan to cook or eat any meals on site, the kitchen is supplied with the basics, however, there is only dining seating for two at the counter, no table or chairs.”

“Unit is uniquely positioned in the backyard of a primary residence. It does have a private entry, but you have to walk through the side yard of the main home to get there. Once inside it is nice and they provide all the amenities that a hotel would. If you are looking for a simple place close to the beach, this is your spot. ”

“Great host, available to make your stay as comfortable as possible, quiet and private environment.”

“Easily the worst stay I have had. Just be aware that this is not a building in good shape. One is that the building is deteriorated enough that the floors all slant one towards one wall. We just used the place at night to try to sleep, but that didn’t go well either! But I felt that I was on a boat and my balance was off all the time. My son slipped on the floor in the bathroom and was pretty sure that the floor was leaning downhill. There are a lot of issues and concerns when staying here...

“Debi is great! Debi was there in constant contact with me since there was an issue with booking at first. Clean and had enough beds for my team that was completing a Commercial HVAC Project. Would recommend highly !”
