“Assolutamente piacevole ”

“Strange things happening in this hotel where staff enters the room without any notice for no reason. I would not travel here alone or bring any valuables. Front desk guy does not seem to care about my concerns but then again he had no life in his eyes seems he wouldn’t blink if the whole place was burning down. Manager was kind and helpful but still would not return here.”

“Struttura datata ma gradevole. Purtroppo ospiti maleducati in piscina, musica fortissima ecc. non richiamati dai gestori. Studio piccolo senza possibilità di cambiare camera. Molto comodo garage privato. Piscina calda e piacevole ”

“Loved the space, the staff at the front desk, the view, the ducks, the room was spacious and clean, except for the coffee maker, which was very dusty inside and I ended up not using it. Other than that, was great.”

The staff, like Jake & John are always so helpful. I had a wonderful prenatal massage done at the hotel by the kindest masseuse. Can't wait to go back!”

“A pretty, refurbished property in north PSP. Two lovely swimming pools, pickle ball courts, and fire pits. The restaurant is open for breakfast/lunch on weekends only.”

“This hotel was a lot of fun! It was clean and unusually decorated with an art deco design! It kind of blew us away and was not what we were expecting. Lots of fun and the owners were great! It’s very low-key which we liked as well. What a lovely surprise! We highly recommended it, especially if you are looking for a cool Palm Springs vibe!”

“We celebrated our dog’s 10th birthday and had a lovely one night stay at The Cactai! The room was spacious and comfortable. Check in and out was smooth. Monty was super helpful and responsive. Will be staying here the next time we return to Palm Springs!”

“Loved the location. The hotel was so conveniently located that we parked the car and left it there for the few days we were there. The parking lot was a huge plus. There were so many helpful employees there and the breakfast boxes were wonderful. We hope to return next year and most likely to the same hotel. It was very relaxing!”
