Lusso e completamente ristrutturato casa 1 livello 3 camere da letto (6 posti letto) in ricercato Indian Wells loc. Situato a soli 20 minuti di auto da Palm Springs Int'l questa casa si trova nel centro di un quartiere residenziale. A breve distanza di World Class Golf, Tennis, ristoranti e negozi.

Questa casa Indian Wells è inutile a breve o lungo termine. Se siete alla ricerca di Modesto, questa casa non è per voi !. La casa è stato elegantemente attrezzata per il vostro divertimento vacanza di lusso. Vantiamo anche una bella piscina privata e vasca idromassaggio all'aperto. Per completare troverete anche un camino esterno troppo per godersi le serate nel cortile completamente recintato privato. Elegante patio esterno e mobili piscina completano i bei giardini privati.


Arredamento elegante in tutto. Siamo situati a soli 2 minuti dalla intersezione di HWY 111 e Eldorado. Indian Wells si trova tra le comunità di golf di Palm Desert e La Quinta. Los Angeles appena 2 ore ad ovest, Disneyland è di 90 minuti e San Diego è 2. 5 ore tutti in auto. Si tratta di una prima casa di classe per godere la vostra vacanza Desert.

Altre caratteristiche di questa casa dispongono di una cucina da favola ideale per il cuoco gourmet! Barbecue a gas, sigg per mantenere la pelle fresca nelle giornate calde. The house has several cozy hang out areas inside the house and outside. Made for great shady areas too! Fun decor, pool awesome with sun umbrellas that have stands in the pool step. Close to shopping, dining, theater, hiking, biking…

Great stay

The house was super nice and clean. It is in a safe neighborhood. Pool and hot tub were nicely heated for us to to relax in. Highly recommend, would stay here again.

Perfect house…perfect location

We stayed 9 days at the house with my family….four adults and two children. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. We all loved the location and how comfortable the house was. Great spring break vacation for our family….will stay there again.

Clean, quiet, modern house in nice neighborhood

We had an excellent stay and highly recommend Andrew's lovely house. We were there for the tennis (BNP Paribas Open) and the distance (2 mi) to the Tennis Garden was perfect (away from traffic; close to the venue). We used both the bikes that Andrew has as well as a couple we rented (Triabike; would recommend them, as well). Place is clean, quiet and up to date. Overall, a fabulous time!

Great stay in Indian Wells

We had an excellent experience at this property. It's well-kept, and communication was seamless with the owner and the property manager. We spent a lot of time enjoying the backyard with a pool and jacuzzi that were not overly chlorinated like we've found with some properties. We loved the grapefruit tree and had a lot of fresh squeezed grapefruit juice using the provided juicer. Quiet neighborhood that was nice to walk around in. Close to shopping areas including El Paseo. We thought the price was good for what you get. We'd definitely consider staying here again.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Bei einem kleinen Problemchen hat der Gastgeber sofort reagiert und es gelöst. Wir haben den Pool genossen. Das Haus ist uneingeschränkt weiter zu empfehlen. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Amazing Beautiful Home

The house is GORGEOUS, in a beautiful area of La Quinta with a swimming pool to die for on an enormous lot. Plenty of space inside and out. The house was clean, decorated beautifully and my family and I never wanted to leave. Plenty of pool toys, bicycles, television with cable in every room, 2 fireplaces and an outdoor shower to rinse off. Paradise!

This is my second time staying at Andrew and Jill’s place, (July 2021 and July 2022). This home never disappoints! We spent very restful days lounging by the pool, cooking in the chefs kitchen or entertaining our friends at many of the local restaurants (Porta Villa near Paseo becoming one of our local favorites). The home is well equipped, comfortable for families and close to excellent shopping, restaurants, coffee bars, museums and golfing. The property is nestled in a quiet neighborhood approximately 20 min to downtown Palm Springs along Highway 111. Andrew is very easy to get in touch with and communication with the property manager, Laura, was a breeze. We are looking forward to coming back next year as well. Thank you Andrew and Jill!

Simply. Amazing.

What a beautiful oasis in Indian Wells! This home exudes comfort, beauty, and amenities. Open layout with a large common area flanked on each end with the bedrooms. Andrew and Jill thought of everything to make our visit a seamless one. We enjoyed the hot tub and the open kitchen for cooking as well as the ample seating for television viewing. The location was perfect for our tournament at Indian Wells Tennis Garden just 2 miles away. Palm Springs was about 25 minutes away. Loved staying here and would highly recommend to others to rent this beautiful home.

A Little Slice of Heaven

We had a wonderful stay (July 2021). Andrew’s property is in a quiet neighborhood, centrally located off Hwy 111 with lots of shopping and restaurants near by. It’s the perfect location for R&R. Golfing, vintage shopping, museums, and a few great neighborhood bars only minutes away. Cozy home with a large pool, great for families and entertaining. My only suggestion is to replace some of the “older” and well loved cooking pots and pans. For a one-month stay, I went out and purchased my own so that I could fully enjoy the chefs kitchen. Overall, we had a wonderful time in this beautiful home and will definitely stay again.

Great House, Great Location

This was our first time staying at Andrew and Jill’s home in Indian Wells, and we loved it. The house looked just like the pictures showed on the internet. The backyard and pool were fantastic. Amazing saltwater pool. Location, Location, Location. A vacation home or a permanent resident, Indian Wells is the place to be. Very centrally located, very quiet neighborhood, and spectacular views out in front. Great place to walk or ride the bikes that are available to you around the neighborhood. Joe was great, and very quick to respond to us when the air conditioning broke, We can’t wait to come back and stay here again. Thanks again Andrew, Jill, and Joe for a great 6 weeks even with record breaking temperatures in June. Thank You

Wonderful stay in Indian Wells

Andrew’s place is perfect for a relaxing break, with everything you might need. I loved it so much I extended my stay to 5 weeks! It’s clean, comfortable, wonderfully located in a quiet neighbourhood and is as great as it looks in pictures. Definitely a place you’ll keep coming back to. Thanks Andrew.
