“This was our 2nd stay in the casita, and we’ve already booked our next visit. Spacious, sunny, and comfortable. Private, lots of outdoor space, good size pool. Whether we wanted to cook, lay out by the pool, read in the shade, or stream a show on the large-screen TV, we had everything we needed or wanted. Wifi worked well. There is plane takeoff/landing noise when outdoors certain times of the day, but always quiet indoors.”

“Nice home with great layout and furniture. Beautiful country club setting, great patios and views. Quiet location. Parking on drive for 2 cars. Owner reimbursed us for items not in home or in need of replacement as we were there for 28 days. Cleaned the front door and screens due to the build up of sand and dirt causing an odor. Vents in bath ceilings had a build up of dirt all around them. Did not take long to do; however cleaning company should have noticed this. Main concern was that the...

“Location was good for our trip and house was well kept - did not use the pool and did not see a hot tub which was on the listing.”

“This rental was perfect. Backyard was so private, tranquil, and comfortable. And everything just worked - inside was somehow always just the right temp, pool and spa heat were easy to operate, beds super comfy, kitchen well equipped. And though we didn’t have to contact Tim and Catherine for anything during our stay, in our exchanges beforehand they were super helpful, and you can just tell they are good people. Would feel lucky to get to stay here again.”

“Things to note: - large house with lots of room for four adults and four kids - great location, close to downtown PS - pool was nice, but there's an extra per day charge to heat it and you must order it 2 days in advance - modern appliances, TV in every room was nice - very clean bathrooms - upon arrival there was a roach in the kitchen - west bedroom was warmer than the rest of the house, but thermostat was set at 75 or lower - great rental if you don't mind being quiet outside or just staying...

“If you’re heading to Palm Springs this is the place to be! A gorgeous home with top of the line super comfortable furnishings. Beds are extra comfortable. Spaces to be all together or retreat to private and separate en-suite bedrooms. We went with our young adult children. The hiking and dining are right out the door- no car needed! Spectacular pool and outdoor living with the most beautiful backdrop of the mountains. The house manager made it all easy as can be. Super welcoming and available...

“We stayed for a week and had a grand old time. The cottage was exactly as the pictures showed. It was perfectly well appointed with very nice kitchen and bath tools. We ate in more than once bc it was such a nice setting. We ate by the pool one night and the other we were in our private patio with the hot tub which was lovely. The bed was so comfortable. We walked into downtown Palm Springs without 20 minutes. The hiking is a 10 minute walk (saw a rattle snake!—low point of the trip, YUCK!)....

“The house was clean with cute and stylish decor located close to downtown Palm Springs. We came to town for a relaxing bachelorette weekend and the house + casita were perfect for a group of 7 and the pool/spa provided just the relaxation we were hoping for. The house is stocked with plenty of kitchen supplies (i.e., cutlery, cooking utensils, etc.) which made it easy to bring in our own food and whip up exactly what we needed. I did not give it 5 stars for everything as we did run out of toilet...

“Rented this gorgeous home for a girls’ weekend and it was perfect! It is set up well for adults to have their own space but also wonderful and large community spaces. The highlight is definitely the gorgeous pool area, though we also thoroughly enjoyed the comfortable living room and incredibly well-stocked kitchen. The property managers we absolutely fantastic and helped us out whenever we needed assistance. 10/10 and I would definitely rent again!”

I agree completely with some of the other comments that the furnishing and some of the look might be a little outdated, but everything worked well and was clean. We asked for our room to be changed tro one with a better view and the ask was accommodated one day after check in with no extra charge.
