OUTDOOR OASIS

The spacious backyard is fully furnished, allowing you to experience true relaxation in a resort-style setting, complete with views of the surrounding mountain range.

Unwind in the raised spa with infinity-edge and swim year-round in the private saltwater pool. You will enjoy the two submerged loungers that are perched in shallow water on the tanning shelf.

Plenty of loungers let you move with the sun to catch the best rays. You'll also find comfortable seating in the shade under the large awning.

Barbecue tasty meals on the natural gas grill and dine alfresco at a table for six. On crisp desert nights, gather around the large gas fire feature under California stars.

LIVING AREA

The living area is furnished with a large, comfy sectional and two armchairs. Kick back and stream your favorite shows on the smart Frame TV above the electric fireplace. The vibe is Palm Springs Hip without sacrificing any comfort.

KITCHEN & DINING

The newly updated gourmet kitchen has all the modern gadgets necessary to create delicious meals with your group. A wine fridge ensures that your favorite bottles are always the perfect temperature. Chat at the kitchen bar as dishes simmer on the six-burner gas range.

When it's time to eat, gather around the dining-area table for six. 3 others can be nearby, seated at the kitchen counter.

COMFORTABLE SLEEPING AREAS (K, Q, Q, 2 T)

This home sleeps up to eight guests between four comfortable bedrooms.

Find quiet privacy in the oversized primary King suite, outfitted with a comfy king bed. Relax with a book in the plush armchair or settle in and watch a movie on the large 70in smart TV. The spa-like en-suite bathroom features a jetted tub and walk-in shower. Note: there is not a closing door to the en suite bathroom. The window and large sliding glass doors invite you into the outdoors, yet they cover up at night with blackout shades giving you a gentle start to your morning.

The secondary Queen en suite offers a luxurious queen-size bed, ample natural light, blackout shades, and en suite bathroom with newly tiled shower.

The third bedroom provides additional sleeping space via two cozy twin-size beds. A desk and chair provide a modern work area, and blackout shades will help you sleep-in. In the other guest bedroom, you'll find another queen-size bed and blackout shades. These two rooms share a bathroom off the hallway that is configured with a tub/shower combination.

EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for one car in the driveway. Unfortunately there is NO PARKING AVAILABLE IN THE GARAGE. Additional street parking is available for 2 more vechicles.

This Palm Springs oasis is located just a 6-minute drive from downtown, where you can visit museums, upscale shopping, and local eateries.

To explore native desert vegetation, travel 4.9 miles to the Moorten Botanical Garden. Or take a ride on the scenic Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, 5.6 miles away.

Enjoy a plethora of entertainment options at the Agua Caliente Resort Casino Spa, just 15 minutes away. (Please note, the spa at Agua Caliente is currently being remodeled.)

POLICIES
You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Max occupancy is 8 people and 3 vehicles.

No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. No smoking/vaping inside the house.

For your protection, security cameras are present outside near the entrance and utility walkway that’s not accessible to guests, but not inside or in the backyard.

Optional Pool Heating (US$89/night) is recommended mid-October through mid-June. At least one day notification is required in order to heat the pool.
Monthly guests will not pay Palm Springs tax, but will pay actual gas & electric costs instead of a nightly Pool Heating fee. A Utility Deposit of $1,500/month will be required.
