“My family and I really enjoyed our stay and the convenience of the location from Hershey Park. The floor in our room wasn't the cleanest as it was visible dirty. We had to make several complaints as we could hear the guest on the floor above us.”

“The property is getting renovated. The shower has no door, which is odd. Not sure if it’s because they’re still renovating or if it’s intentional. It steamed up the entire bathroom and hallway because there’s also no vent fan. The sheets were old and no elastic and kept coming off the bed. No one wants to touch a gross mattress. Staff was just ok, not really friendly. ”

Grazie all’operatore di hotel.com che ha chiamato la receptionist dopo un bel po’ si è affacciata dalla terrazza vestita col pigiama e la vestaglia e ha chiesto se dovevamo fare il check in. È scesa e ci ha dato la chiave. Poi ha chiuso di nuovo l’hotel ed è ritornata in camera. Le porte delle camere danno sull’esterno. La chiave non funzionava. Grazie sempre all’operatore del sito la signora è tornata fuori e ci ha...

“Staff was fine. Inn was extremely run down. No breakfast. Needs remodeling. Not much parking for trailers attached to trucks. Freezer in mini fridge totally frozen with white ice. Not usable. Only a one night stop, would not probably stay again.”

“Historic well maintained and renovated hotel in the heart of Lititz and literally walkable to many shops and restaurants. There are no elevators and there is a tavern under the hotel and you are in the middle of town. We slept well, but be aware that it is in town. They do have quiet hours for the hotel itself.”

“Had a great one night stay for the second time while travelling. Room was clean. Staff were friendly. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Would stay again. ”

“The night front desk was polite. The morning person was NOT AT ALL. I had a meeting so my partner waited in the lobby from the 10am checkout until 11:15 when i got back. The front desk person told him he couldnt stay in the lobby and bad to leave evn though he turned in the key proving we stayed there. Also saw a bedbug in the room. ”

“this is our go to in Lancaster for volleyball tournaments. Great people behind the desk, good breakfast and clean rooms. ”

“Staff was very kind. Needed more chairs around the pool area to put stuff down while swimming. Way too much foam in the hot tub. Yummy breakfast.”
