“The staff were rude and not helpful at all. Our kids were not allowed to use the pool, and we later heard from a staff member that the pool does not even belong to the hotel. This was very disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel.”

“The staff was amazing - all of them, want to mention Aamar though in particular. They go out of their way to accommodate guests' requests, polite and helpful. Room was clean and large but the hotel is a bit dated and located about 30 minutes drive from centre. ”

The rest of the team were also incredibly friendly and always smiling, which really put me at ease. “The apartment was nothing like the photos. It’s an unfinished apartment with light bulbs hanging from electrical cords. When we got up in the morning there was no water. We could not shower, brush our teeth or use the bathroom. It is a scam. I thought it was going to be our nicest stay of the trip but it was our worst by far.”
