"The Palms" is a tranquil riverside retreat featuring an amazing view of the Manatee River, massive tiki hut and dock on a palm studded property.

Bring the BOAT! There is dockage for up to a 35' boat. There is plenty of good fishing, restaurants and sand bars out there. While you are right on the river, you are just blocks to restaurants, marinas, shopping, beautiful parks, tennis and basketball courts. The Riverwalk, Anna Maria Island and St. Pete Beaches are a short distance away. And we provide everything you will need for a beach day. Our home is in a historic established area along the river with tree lined sidewalks perfect for walks, running or biking.

The gourmet kitchen features a 6 burner gas stove, high end appliances, WINE FRIDGE, massive island with prep sink and is well equipped with everything you could need - just grab the groceries. The cooking will be done with an expansive view of the water. For those big family meals, the dining room table can seat up to 16 people comfortably.

The home has an open concept with beautiful views from all living areas. The living room boasts an 85" TV with theatre system and reclining leather sofas for movie nights. In the family room off the kitchen you will find big leather chairs perfect for reading, enjoying the fountain and birds right outside or catching that nap.

The whole second story is a pool/game room with pool table, large screen TV, bar, gaming table and games. This can also be used as a bunk room for the kids as it is stocked with 4 cots, sleeping bags and bedding. There are French doors leading to a balcony with Adirondack chairs to relax and watch the river.

Of course the best part of this home is the attached, massive tiki hut! Enjoy relaxing on the large sofa sectional or dining at the table and tiki bar with a TV for those games. For those guys there is an outdoor kitchen for grilling with a huge gas grill, Green Egg grill/smoker and commercial ice maker.

There is plenty of privacy to be had as the bedrooms are split. There are 2 master suites (both have TVs) and 3 additional bedrooms. One bedroom is set up with an office should someone in the party need to "be connected". One room has a crib if needed.

There is high speed WIFI throughout the home and all TVs are "Smart". Unlike many vacation homes, our home is well appointed with everything you could need for your stay such as plenty of linens, towels, paper products, basic kitchen essentials (spices, coffee, filters, etc.), toiletries and cleaning supplies. Just pack the suitcase and grab some groceries.
