“Plenty of room for two people comfortably, clean, well stocked and adorable. The neighborhood is quiet, close to the riverwalk and feels like 1940’s Florida. Couch is a sofa bed, but needs repair. Bed was the most comfortable if you love a soft mattress (which we do). Will be coming back for sure!!”

“Perfect crash pad for a St. Pete visit. As others noted, the dock isn't attached to the property, but it's literally right across the street; you see the water and dock from your front door. Simple, clean, great a/c, comfy. Only issue was with Expedia--the site went down, no reason given, and I was unable to access the door code when we first tried to check-in. “Very nice little place, the trip from the cottage back to the gate could be a problem, but it wasn't for me, the freezer was frozen over, but the cottage was very nice, clean and roomy ”

“Great location to downtown, beach. Kitchen and furnishing updated and in great condition. Negatives would be the lock on the backdoor, air conditioning from the ceiling that could not be controlled from our apartment. The pool was great and had plenty of seating. Only issue with the Dolphin apartment is the many windows, which kind of made it feel like living in a fish bowl. That might not be an issues for others. ”
