“The Villa was wonderful. The grounds were like a botanical garden. We saw wildlife, howler monkeys, toucans and numerous birds, from the patio! It's location was perfect. The proximity to adventures and local restaurants was ideal. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“This location is a bird watching, listening, paradise. The cabins are surrounded by lush vegetation and trees. The owner Cede is very friendly and accommodating. We had dinner and breakfast and both were delicious and reasonably priced. We stayed here Friday Nov. 8, 2024 and were the only guest due to the rainy season. Would love to return when it is NOT raining. The rooms were clean and spacious. A great place to stay and easy to get to with good roads. We toured the chocolate farm...

“This property was a dream and we loved everything about it! The view was spectacular and the pool was perfect for unwinding after a busy day. We saw toucans and many other birds right from the deck. We used their inflatable kayak and stand-up paddle board on the lake. The drive down to the lakeshore beyond the property was a little rough, but doable. Wish we could have spent more time here! The owners were very quickly responsive to questions.”

“Loved the stay here. The road down is steep and winding. Beaitiful scenery but make sure you get a 4x4 to accomodate. ”

“Always nice views on the lake. Close to New Arenal which is useful and we found good restaurants. The house was in the mountains and it was very quiet. It is suitable to have a 4x4 to reach the premises.”

“Lots of space with a beautiful view of the lake! The property is gated and the property manager Ricky also lives on site with his family. The house has a great outdoor space with a lawn and view of the lake, plus a barbecue, though it was pretty smoky and we had a hard time getting it going. Ricky was very helpful and responsive during our stay and we really appreciate the extended check in/out he allowed us. Walkable to the center of town, though a bit hot and sweaty to do so. “The location is beautiful as advertised. Beautiful views and a nice club house with a pool. Great place to kick back and enjoy. Taniya is great to work with. Just make sure she has your cell so you can text back and forth. Only thing is to make sure the fans are in the living room. It can get a bit toasty. But the ac units in the bedrooms were amazing. Thank you!!”

“This beautiful modern home was perfect for our family while exploring the Arenal area. We lived on the deck over looking the lake, eating our meals and playing games outside. The house was very clean and the shower with view was one of the best I’ve ever had.”

“We all love owners , the house and neighborhood.It was very private and pretty.Taniya and Ken were very helpful. The house is well equipped The location is good but depends on what and where someone is planning activities . It is located 1.5 hours from LaFortuna so include the driving time into your planning.”

“Super comfortable accommodations. Owner communicated everything we needed promptly. The only reason we had any issue was due to the VRBO app not being easy to navigate when looking for info. I recommend chatting with the owner before hand in order to get directions ahead of time. The app won't let you copy and past links sadly. We really enjoyed the convenience of the location. Easy to get to the excursions we had planned as well as restaurants and grocery stores. It felt secluded even...

“Our family of 5, adult children, stayed for 6 nights. The pictures do not do the property justice. Absolutely stunning views of lake, mountain and volcano. One of the best supplied VRBOs I have ever stayed at. The pool was clean with a nice view. The hosts were incredibly attentive and provided lots of recommendations for food and entertainment. Only down side was the rocky curvy road to get to property. Would highly recommend! ”
