"For what I paid I was shocked to see the state of the property. The pool had not been cleaned in quite some time. We told the staff, they would not come out to clean it. "The pool and hot tub area were OK, a little cool on the latter. The fridge they had worked, but no ice or ice trays included. Bring your own trays.
