“Room was clean, bathroom was pretty clean. Bed was terrible, it was low to the floor and lumpy, no headboard just the decorated wall. The pillows were small and soft, I had to fold them in half to get decent support. I did not sleep well and now my neck hurts. The bathroom does not have a working fan and no a/c vent so it was humid and stuffy the whole time. “Great property and well maintained. Front staff, specifically the one training a young lady was super unfriendly. Def should not be dealing with the public as she obviously does not want to be there. Problems with the rooms bathtub were brought to her attention at checkout and she just blew it off and asked how I wanted to pay the resort fee. There was a bright star at the front desk though and wish I got her name. But she was nice.”

“Beautiful location. Super clean room. My girlfriend loved all of the plants and we got upgraded to the Honeymoon suite which was very romantic. This is hands down an amazing gem of a place in Hemet. Very secure and staff were super helpful and friendly. Zero complaints, will stay again!”

“We had a wonderful stay! The balcony overlooking the winery was our favorite part, especially during sunset. The view was absolutely stunning.
The staff was incredibly kind and made us feel very welcome. We truly appreciated the excellent service and hospitality.
The only suggestion I have is regarding the pool area. It didn't appear as clean as we expected, so we chose not to use it.
