“The airport shuttle to the hotel took over an hour and a few calls to finally get it. The hotel was nice but when you have to stand around for ages after a flight, it was exhausting. ”

“We arrived too early for check-in. However, the girl that was at the desk was phenomenal. She greeted us, explained that we were too early to check in as they were still checking people out. We explained that we were unable to go anywhere as we had so much luggage. She graciously allowed us to lock our luggage up and hang out at the pool until our room was ready. This was above and beyond what we expected, and we were very grateful for her service.”
