“Staff was unprofessional. Room flooded by a/c. Didn't provide a decent room. Front desk staff stated I would get a partial refund as I had to leave that night. Next day, Expedia advised the hotel refused to provide any refund. Terrible customer service as I was advised differently prior. I will never go there again and I will advise all of my friends as well.”
