“Staff was unprofessional. Room flooded by a/c. Didn't provide a decent room. Front desk staff stated I would get a partial refund as I had to leave that night. Next day, Expedia advised the hotel refused to provide any refund. Terrible customer service as I was advised differently prior. I will never go there again and I will advise all of my friends as well.”

Instead of receiving the room we originally booked, we were moved to a much smaller room that did not match our expectations from the reservation. “We had a nice stay. The room was clean and modern and our request to be in a high floor room has been satisfied by the kind staff. Breakfast was great with many options The only note was the location of the hotel: it is relatively close by car to the downtown area and seaside and you can park either in the hotel garage (more expensive) or in the adjacent public parking lot (at night time not very safe).”
