“We really appreciated the free breakfast (very tasty, and helpful breakfast staff), and the cruise port shuttle. The shuttle was convenient and well managed. ”

“The airport shuttle to the hotel took over an hour and a few calls to finally get it. The hotel was nice but when you have to stand around for ages after a flight, it was exhausting. ”

“The room was clean. It had everything you need. The bathroom was clean. Everything worked well. The staff was friendly and the gym was good too. Only negative thing about this place is the $10 per night parking fee. Everything else is phenomenal. ”

“Room was clean, but needed some obvious repairs. ie. door into back yard hard to open and close; area around air conditioner in poor repair; Didn't have any contact with the cleaning staff. We did have a call from the manager when we first arrived and she was very helpful”

“This is not a comfortable property. Furniture was uncomfortable with no real places to sit, eat or work at. Pool was small, dirty and with no jacuzzi. Property is actually over a mile away from Las Olas and is not in a great area. It’s obvious that this little 300 SF unit was remodeled to be a VRBO, but it lacks appeal. The owners do communicate well and are helpful.”

“The property amenities were great, staff is okay, was met with some rudeness from one person and a lack of communication from another when trying to address an issue I had with my room. Location is right next to downtown so that was convenient. I’ve been to quite of bit of hotels across the world, I’m not sure if”
