“Staff was unprofessional. Room flooded by a/c. Didn't provide a decent room. Front desk staff stated I would get a partial refund as I had to leave that night.
Next day, Expedia advised the hotel refused to provide any refund. Terrible customer service as I was advised differently prior. I will never go there again and I will advise all of my friends as well.”

“Good location! Ample parking. When I checked in, the staff cleaning the rooms were very loud. The room was clean with lots of plugs. No view. Breakfast was great one day and so-so the other. Elevators are VERY SLOW! Rooms are quiet and beds nice and big. They have an airport and port shuttle. I will stay here again.”
