“The staff are all absolutely amazing, so friendly and polite. The hotel is exceptionally clean. They go out of their way to help you. The breakfast was fabulous, so many varieties to cater for all and again the staff serve your every need. The only, very minor point I have is the bathroom, the layout is a bit odd and the shower doors have a gap which means water leaks out all over the bathroom.”

“We stayed at this hotel for the second time. This is no doubt one of the best choices in central Panjim. The hotel itself is nice and clean, rooms feature all amenities like TV, AC, a small refrigerator, hot & cold water, cupboard and comfy beds. The biggest advantage of this hotel is proximity to market place in Panjim. Everything can be accessed walking from restaurants to shopping. Staff at the reception is cooperative and helpful and room service is quick and decent.”

“This is a lovely 4 star hotel by western standards. Clean, comfortable and surrounded by great restaurants! I was injured when I visited recently and the staff went above and beyond to assist me. The handyman even went out to purchase a fuse for my travel adapter as I wasn't able to walk unassisted. Incredible. Breakfast was great. The only downside, the room service menu is not up to the standards of this hotel.”

“I’m quite sure this is the nicest hotel in central Panaji. You never really know until you are actually there. But I find it hard to imagine that anybody would be unsatisfied with a stay at the Crown Goa. The location is perfect, everything is close enough to walk. It sits like a crown, perched a top a hill, overlooking the Mandovi River An easy elevator ride gets you up to the hotel terrace. A river view room is well worth the extra money. “They are part of Sterlig esorts chain and have very good ambience and well laid out landscaping around the swimming pool. They have some games and activities planned for evenings. However, there was not much partcipation from the guests and their families. They seemed to be understaffed, and seemed to be managed by trainees.Though staff was hard working and sincere. Restaurant was good with tasty food. However, it also seemed understaffed as serice was taking long. Overall good experience.”

The receptionists are very helpful in guiding the places where exactly we want to go and they also guide you the mode of transportation.
