“Very relaxing environment. The rooms were clean and the AC worked great. Staff was friendly and helpful. They have a shuttle service and it doesn't take long for them to come get you after you call them. Be prepared to walk up and down steep hills if you don't use the shuttle service. Beach was clean. Small pool by the beach has a swim up bar and that's where I spent a lot of my time. We saw monkeys in the trees by the swim up bar a few days.”

“Even after speaking with the every level of management my stay was ruined due to the entry to my room was never secure. I was told upon checkin the door was broken and being repaired. The door was never repaired and anyone could push my door and gain entry. I wrote a lengthy email with no response. “Booked this place for 3 people, total 1 week stay. I paid over $6000 for three of us to be all inclusive. Once we got there they told us all inclusive includes Smirnoff vodka, and any drinks under 12$. So they have all their drinks at over $13+. “Overall, a good place to stay. The staff was helpful and super friendly! Especially Susan, Elias, Felipe and Yoi! Rooms were clean and had what we needed. As we are finding with most resorts the food is a little blah, so take seasoning! lol. Remember it is kid friendly. It is on the smaller size, which we liked and even with it being smaller things are not over busy. Like the pool is big enough and the few places to eat weren't ever packed.
