“This was perfect for the wife and I. Great location also! ”

“Lovely carriage house. There were people staying in the main house at the time we rented the carriage house which was fine because they were quiet and good neighbors. But it might be awkward if you have any conflict with the other people staying in the same property. Very close to the beach (walkover F or E) Beaches and ocean are beautiful!!! And there are plenty of restaurants and shops close by. If you have not visited Rosemary Beach or 30A before, just be forewarned that beach setup is done...

“Location was great. Place was very clean. Only two minor issues. We had trouble entering the main gate to get in. For future visitors… turn the handle and push in!!!! It took three of us to figure this out! Second issue was the toilet seat handle broke on the first day. Location is superb and would definitely stay in this carriage house again.Lisa”

“Perfect space for 2 adults. Quiet inside and outside. Very comfortable, clean, nicely decorated with lovely custom window treatments and furniture. Bed was comfortable. Soothing beach colors but not over done beach decor.Great location to town, pool and beach. All within walking distance. Comfortable balcony over looking the quiet street.Fully equipped kitchen. CleanJust an FYI it is on the second floor of a garage, so keep luggage light.”

“Excellent location within Rosemary Beach neighborhood – a short walking distance to beach, and the ability to walk/bike to shops, restaurants, and tennis. The Carriage House has a lovely interior, includes one parking space in the garage, and plenty of dishes, utensils, glassware, cookware for our family of four. The unit was clean, fresh, and comfortable. The loft bedroom was cute and bright, had a nice chair and ottoman that we used frequently for reading, and a decent sized dresser. There...

“The property is really great. It could get a little small if you stay there a whole week but probably not for just two people. This is completely opinion, but it isn't VRBO (as in Owner). It's managed by a property company. They do a fine job, but you have to go to their office to check in and check out. Not a huge deal but I like VRBO so I don't have to do that.”
