Located in gated community of Venture Out Resort. Private beach access with quick golf cart ride over to World's Most Beautiful beach!
Venture Out is full of fun things to do for both the young, and young at heart. With pools, tennis, playgrounds, basketball courts, and so much more available for your enjoyment. St. Andrew State Park has many wooded trails and is within walking distance. Fish off the jetties and you may just find yourself swimming with the dolphins. So come see for yourself! You will need to bring your own sheets and towels. Sheet and towels are available to rent via our website during the booking process. You will need to check the "Add Linen Package" option.
NOTE: The resort charges $75.00 per car for registration into the resort. 2 car maximum

This is our second time staying at Venture Out and we love it and all the amenities. The house was exactly as posted. We loved all the room even though there was only three of us. It was clean and the washer and dryer was a life saver when staying for a week. The golf cart is a plus and we always enjoying having it to ride around or over to the beach. Definitely would recommend

Our favorite Venture Out Property yet!

This was our fourth year staying in Venture Out and we really loved this property! Lots of thoughtful touches, very clean, great use of space and many nice amenities such as a K cup and traditional coffee maker, many kitchen appliances, great washer dryer, multiple TVs, great AC and very comfortable living room. Thank you for some great memories and a comfortable home away from home

It was very nice. I owned in there for 14 yrs. It is much cheaper to rent than to completely own one of these units.You just cannot beat Venture Out. It is 100 times better than 30A IMO. 5 Stars all the way!
