The living area has a queen sleeper sofa for guests and walks out to the Gulf front balcony where the view is simply amazing! It is the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee watching the Sun rise and spot a dolphin taking an early morning swim in the Gulf.

The NEW spa like bathrooms both have custom tile showers. The Kitchen is state of the art and fully stocked with everything you need to cook in the condo.
