  • Bellissima unità terminale al Watercrest!

    La camera da letto principale contiene un letto king size e accesso privato al bagno principale, nonché una TV a schermo piatto. Ha anche una porta del balcone con accesso al balcone avvolgente. La master suite ha una splendida vista sul Golfo del Messico.

    La seconda camera è perfetta per i bambini o tutta la famiglia con 2 letti matrimoniali (camera enorme!) che dorme comodamente 4. Questa camera ha anche un bagno completo e TV.

    Il divano del soggiorno si ripiega in un divano letto.

    Vieni a goderti la lussuosa e comoda posizione del Watercrest! Non rimarrete delusi.

    Benvenuti al condominio fronte golfo Watercrest a Panama City Beach, in Florida. Le lussuose planimetrie in un elegante grattacielo di 18 piani, ognuna con un balcone privato con vista sul Golfo del Messico, sono all'apice della tua vacanza. Elegante e bella come le "spiagge più belle del mondo". I punti salienti del resort includono una grande piscina riscaldata stagionalmente con ampi ponti prendisole, club house, campi da tennis illuminati, palestra, campo da squash e molto altro. All'interno della tua camera godrai di arredi tropicali, cucine completamente attrezzate, lavatrice e asciugatrice ... tutto per farti sentire a casa. Nelle vicinanze si trova St. Andrews State Park, Schooner e Captain Anderson.

    La camera da letto principale, la camera degli ospiti e il soggiorno sono tutti dotati di televisori per il vostro divertimento.

    La cucina e le sale da pranzo sono ben arredate per mangiare e cucinare per tutta la famiglia. Siediti per cena al tavolo della sala da pranzo con una magnifica vista dell'acqua! Questo condominio non deluderà!

This place is amazing. From the beach to the pool to the Tiki Bar to our Condo. Better than any place we have stayed.

Room was very nice and the wrap around balcony was awesome. Checking in and out was very easy. We felt very safe at this place. Only minor thing… we didn’t know that if you run out of your one roll of toilet paper, paper towels, etc you are on your own. However, we would definitely stay here again.

Very good location, condo very comfortable with wrap around balcony to enjoy the sunrise and sunsets not to mention the ocean view. The place needed just a few adjustments. Would stay there again.

Beautiful location

Beautiful location! Quiet area and perfect to step out onto beach. Rooms are big and kitchen is spacious. Love the ease of the washer & dryer. Balcony has a great view! Very relaxing place. Only suggest new area rugs throughout to freshen it up!

Stay was great. Had small issue with ac and it was taken care. Definitely will stay here again. Great view from the balcony and the balcony is huge.

Noise from construction jackhammers surrounding us and on our bedroom balcony woke us up and made it impossible to rest during the day or enjoy the ocean front balcony for weeks; Bedroom balcony not available for 6 weeks; Problems with toilets not flushing; Pool wasn’t open for over 2 weeks due to construction & scaffolding; car wrapped in plastic when they were going to begin painting - no warning. No advance warning regarding construction onsite or pool closure.

We loved our stay! The condo was very relaxing and felt like home. Only complaint was both showers drained very very slowly. Everything we needed was in there. Awesome view of beach and away from hustle and bustle of traffic.

Family Vacation

We recently spent our family vacation at this property. The check in process was extremely convenient and smooth. The condo was very roomy and we appreciated that! Beautiful view and very spacious balcony. The condo could definitely use an update on skillets and pans but that is really the only issue we ran into. The property manager responded very quickly to my emails/texts and that means a lot to me. Already missing the smell of that ocean air.

No balcony furniture.

The pictures on the VRBO site show a table and chairs. There is no table to have a meal on. It also shows other furniture I believe a Shay’s chair, but there wasn’t any.

Amazing!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and the management company was great to to work with, they always responded to all my questions and concerns. The condo was in a great location, the balcony was amazing, and beach access was easy. Check in was a breeze, the wrist bands and parking passes were in the condo ready for us when we arrived. The carpet could use a cleaning and there are couple other little things that could be upgraded but it didn't effect our stay and you're at the beach. Who cares about carpet and the little things, especially after you see your view. We LOVED it and would stay again.

Nice, clean and plenty of seating in living room . Kitchen was stocked well. We bought a can opener. It’s the only thing we couldn’t find !! Had refrigerator problem but it was pleasantly resolved and I thank you for that !! Good times at 1010 Watercrest !!

This unit was dated and not as clean as I expected. Carpet in common area was stained and caution tape on railing of balcony caused some concern. Love the Watercrest is a lovely building with a nice pool and deck area. Elevators and building very clean. Enjoyed the location with many good restaurants near by. Would not rent this unit again.

Great location

Location and view are very nice. Right on the beach. Balcony chairs to table are broken down. Looks like you would fall through the seat and no lounge chairs as pictured. Would be great if balcony furniture was replaced. Couple small things need addressed like dripping sink, mold on shower curtain and outlet not functioning in master bed/bathroom.

Great location

Great location. Needs new rug and carpet! Also the kitchen was not stocked with pans. Also the drawers in the kitchen were broken, so it was hard to pull out the drawers. Needs updating for the price you pay!

Beautiful condo

This was our 4th time renting this condo. It is a very nice place to stay but I do have to say, improvements need to be made. New patio furniture is a must. What is there is broken or falling apart. The master bed needs a new mattress and the master bathroom sink has a constant drip. Again. I want to say it is a nice place it just needs a little updating.

Nice room, but scary balcony

Room was very nice. Plenty of room for the family, but there were a couple issues. It is on the 10th floor and the railing is damaged in multiple spots on the balcony. There is caution tap wrapped around two spots, where the slats were bent or broken. The bedroom door going to the balcony wouldn't lock, so it was a stressful week. I would recommend the room for any family or group that doesnt have small children.
