    COMPLESSO PIÙ NUOVO! Grande balcone con vista sulle favolose acque verde smeraldo della costa del Golfo. Questo condominio per le vacanze dispone di due camere da letto private e due bagni.

    La camera da letto principale con vista sull'oceano ha una vista spettacolare sul golfo del Messico e una porta scorrevole in vetro sul balcone. Dispone di tv a schermo piatto e LETTO KING SIZE. Ha anche un bagno privato con vasca da bagno / doccia.

Beautiful condo, perfect views, great access to everything. The only issue was Lots of sand and black feet after not being there very long. One of the kids beds had a lot of sand on the comforter and there was sand on the couch. It was easily cleaned up, but was a nuisance to start the trip.

Annual Fall Break getaway but first time at Sterling Reef. Great location and the design of all the Sterling buildings is great. ECDI was great to work with, easy in and easy out.

This was the perfect size condo and we really enjoyed our stay at the Sterling Reef! There was an initial concern regarding house keeping, as there was still an overwhelming amount of sand throughout the unit including all over the master bedroom bedding! However! This was quickly and promptly resolved when we reached out to the unit owner and made them aware. Our unit was thoroughly vacuumed and all linens were replaced.

Loved it!

Loved the condo! It's decorated cute and met our needs. Also, it gets extra stars because there's not another structure to the right side of the building, so everyone is not crammed up on top of one another on the beach.

Loved this property!

We absolutely loved this place! Perfect location and beautiful condo! The only thing I would change is having a dresser in the master so we could’ve unpacked. There is a huge closet, but bring your own hangers. We will for sure stay here again next year!

Very nice area, wonderful beautiful beach. Condo nice, well equiped kitchen. Balcony very large with 3 good chairs and a table. The couch needs to be replaced ASAP. The 2nd bedroom is very small. Area is good for restaurants, bars and shoppers.

Very clean updated space. The view to the ocean can’t be beat. The only 1 complaint is that the master bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Vacation

This vacation with family was awesome. The location and beach is great. The only thing I did not like was the condo cleanliness, it almost seemed like the cleaning crew left in the middle of there work. The floors were dirty , there was a cleaning rag left on the table, windows were not washed , there were some clothes left from other people on floor, and I had to wipe down end tables.

Nice condo

Upon arrival condo had not been cleaned yet by the housekeepers so our check in time was about a hour later than scheduled. It was nice and had a great view. Only thing I didn’t like was there was not enough space in the kitchen to put food. All cabinets had dishes in them. We enjoyed our stay.

Gorgeous views! Beautiful place and loved the balcony! Property was great! Would love to come back. Only confusion we have is the second bedroom shows and lists a separate queen bed from the bunk beds. Instead it was a queen/full on the bottom bunk with a twin on top and separate twin. We had two couples staying and the one couple had to sleep on the bottom bunk. We made it work. Overall, we would stay again!
