Built in 2005, Sterling Reef is in a fantastic location on Panama City Beach, only .5 miles from Shipwreck Island and within walking distance of the fishing pier. Vacation rentals at this lovely resort have a seasonally heated 4000sqft bi-level pool with waterfall at their disposal, a fitness center overlooking the pool and beach area, an activity room w/ flatscreen TV, and grills on the sky terrace. Cosa c’è nei dintorni?

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Non mi è piaciuto: Pulizia e servizi
The condo was in good shape over all but it was not clean. Especially the entire floor. We had to wear shoes the entire time or your feet would be black. Couches were nasty and dirty so we did not sit on them. We were not given the codes to the pool, beach and the gym until the third day and the gym code never worked. Real Joy Vacations only apologized. I will never stay at the Sterling Reef or book through the same company again.
