Directly off the patio is the beach boardwalk. In the other direction is the expansive brick-paved patio surrounding the community pool.

Inside, the delightful open living space, with expansive windows and tasteful décor, makes this the perfect home base for exploring the area. The fully equipped kitchen seats 4, and the large dining table seats 8.

The remarkable primary bedroom, king, includes a private bath with a walk-in shower and dual vanity. The guest room, queen, has a private bath, as does the bunk room, with full bunkbed and twin trundle.

This was probably one of my favorite vacations. I came down with my daughters, son-in-law and 2yo grandson. The unit was spotless and seemed to be much bigger than what I saw in the pictures. Some things I loved; the master BR/bathroom was very spacious and the living areas were large so we weren't on top of each other. The back patio opened into a green space which was wonderful for the 2yo to run around when we weren't on the beach. There were several shops and restaurants within walking distance and there was an open gathering area among those shops that had music, an open fire pit with benches and couches and a bar. Very nice for a quiet wind down to the day. The only drawback which wasn't a problem for us but may be for some was that there were 41 steps to get down to the beach. definitely a challenge if you have mobility issues. We will absolutely come back to this unit in the future. This company was very easy to work with and answered all questions quickly

My family (husband and almost two year old son) stayed here for a week getaway at the beach. The unit was nice but the week we selected happened to be fall break for a high schools and colleges and the beach was very crowded. We enjoyed our ability to run around the grass area off the patio but the furniture had a couple pieces that were broken. The primary bedroom was comfortable and our son stayed in a rented crib from Baby Quip. There was a crib in the unit in the primary walk in closet but the mattress looked filthy.

Location!! This location was fabulous. We could walk everywhere we needed to go. Beachfront amenity was so nice. The beds were lacking in comfort was our biggest complaint.

Vinson Beach trip

Oversee agency went beyond a great welcome with the gifts of cups and beach towels The condo it self could use a lot of modifications. Because of our size of family staying in two different condos the cooking supplies were not the best. We don’t go out to eat with this crowd

Beach week

Good property overall. Some repairs are needed. Loose toilet seat. Dishwasher not secured and tips. Loose shower controls. Missing shower door. Front bedroom has very squeaky mattress/support - should be replaced.

Great location

The property manager was extremely responsive to concerns as they occurred. We needed a new door code after hours and the on-call person responded within 5 to 10 minutes. Additionally, we asked if there was anyway possible to have a Keurig machine and they brought in a brand new one! Thankful to the management group and their assistance.

Great location, unit good/fair

We have stayed in Seacrest several times at other locations. The proximity to the beach at Sunset Villas is great! The beach is crowded as other guests from across the road use Sunset Villas as the beach access place. Communication with host was easy by text. Our gate code was incorrect when we arrived, but was changed remotely so we did not have to wait to enter. The kitchen is only modestly equipped. Coffee pot was broken, but host replaced it quickly. Only four dinner plates provided. The water was interrupted for half of a day due to a leak on property, but host provided several gallons of drinking water. The complimentary bikes were a nice addition also.

Great Location!

We enjoyed our stay! The location was great. Upon arrival, the door code didn't work. The property manager answered our call and immediately got us in. The floors were completely wet so we couldn't let our kids walk in. We figured this would mean they were going to be super clean but they were actually sticky and really dirty the entire stay. Then, we went into our children's bunkroom and the trundle bed was broken and had dirty sheets. There was trash under the bed, as well. I was thankful for the location and ease of the stay because if not for that the other things would have made the stay difficult for me to be happy with the place. I was also thankful for a very responsive property manager. Oversee was so great!! We love them.

Great Location, GROSS Unit

We have stayed on 30A (Specifically Rosemary and Seacrest) many times (multiple times each year) for 12 years and this was by far the worst place and the most expensive that we have stayed in. Location is wonderful and the unit is spacious but aside from that - I am so disappointed, almost heartbroken. We spent a lot for 4 nights and had a rusted loaner fridge, a disgusting vent return, and showers lined with mold. This is unacceptable, for any place - especially this area and for that price. Our family made wonderful memories being together - but I cannot express how disappointed I am in this unit being offered in this condition at the rate we paid. Will gladly share photos and more information with anyone who is thinking about renting this place.

Perfect

This property was a perfect fit. The location is ideal. It was clean and was exactly as presented in the listing. Many reviews mention the crowded beach. It was definitely very crowded, but a trade off for being so close and convenient. We will absolutely book this unit again.

This was obviously a "party condo" which the owner cared little about.

This was a substandard property for VRBO. Completely minimalist and worn out. Refrigerator was not working and was to be replaced 2 days into our stay. Tables were grimy . We had to go shopping just to clean the place up. The door out to the front porch and patio was stuck shut. The promised grill ended up be an unusable public grill. 2 dining chairs were broken. We made arrangements to leave the next day. We had stayed in this area many times and never had this experience.

This property is great as far as walking to the beach and to local restaurants. The beach is extremely crowded. The noise from the unit above is a factor while trying to sleep. The unit has lots of room and covers the essentials. It was clean but the porch was not nor were the windows. The view is beautiful.

This place was perfect! The location was so close to the beach, pool and many shops and food places! Traveled with spouse, mom and three kids - 5 yo, 3yo, and 4 month old. Plenty of room for us all. Very accommodating! We can’t wait to book again!!

Wonderful location

The location is amazing. Literally steps to the boardwalk that leads to the beach. There were 7 in our group, including 4 adults, 2 teenagers and a 9 year old. The unit was spacious and the perfect size for us. The unit was very nice. There were perhaps a few areas that could have used some updating, but overall we were very happy and would definitely book this property again. A previous reviewer said there weren't sheets for the trundle bed. I brought sheets with me, but we didn't need them. There were sheets on the trundle. One thing I wasn't aware of - there was toilet paper provided, but only 1 roll per bathroom. We had to buy more. Not a big deal but something we could have brought with us. 3 dishwasher pods were provided which was all that we needed. The dishwasher works fine but it was hard to get the lower rack in/out. 6 laundry pods were included. We us

Great girl's weekend!

The property was amazing for our annual girl's weekend. It was a perfect location between Alys and Rosemary Beach. Only thing we missed and think there could be better at communicating is having to take a key fob for coming back from dinner because the front gate into the property was locked. That was a bit of an issue but the staff was available. I would definitely go back!

OVERALL NICE EXPERIENCE

We loved being so close to the beach. It is very convenient. I would have preferred a second or third floor but regardless, it was incredibly easy and we didn't have to pack a whole picnic basket to take to the beach since we could just walk up and have lunch. I realize prices increase in the popular months but for the amount of money paid, I sort of expect perfection. It wasn't as clean as I would have preferred (drawers in master had hair and left over items in them and the mirrors weren't cleaned) but those are easy fixes. There was a set of grocery sacks left in the pantry and one had old food in it. The sink faucet needs to be replaced and the dishwasher anchored in the wall. If I pulled it out too far with dishes in it, it fell out. We rented Sunday-Friday. We were offered a discounted rate if we wanted to arrive on Saturday. I declined because of our schedule wouldn't permit a Saturday arrival but asked, since clearly the property wasn't being used, if we could arrive an hour or so earlier on Sunday. The answer was a flat no. It is just discouraging in these times of increasing prices and getting less for your money that the courtesy of allowing us in an hour earlier wouldn't even be considered. It is those small details that make me want to re-book again. These are very minor things but I will add again that condo is just as the pictures show, a great location and the management team was incredibly responsive to any issues or questions. I just think when you spend $$$ the items listed above shouldn't be issues.

Perfect and Amazing!

We can’t recommend this place enough! The location is absolutely perfect! Such an easy walk down to the beach as well as an easy walk or bike ride to Seacrest or Rosemary. We loved our early motioning view the water off the back. The entire place was very nice and clean. Communication from the owner leading up to our trip was very thorough and helpful. We’re already looking to book again sometime next year!

Great Location

We very much enjoyed our stay! Very nice condo! The location of this condo leant itself to easy access to all that 30A has to offer, providing you have a auto. Personally, for us, had we known that the “spring break” time frame is a very, very busy season, we would have chosen a different time to visit. Flocks of teenagers on bikes, & on the beach.
