Tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno per una favolosa vacanza al mare è qui su Aqua # 1208! Questa 1 camera da letto con una camera a castello piena e 2 bagni COMPLETI ha alcune delle migliori viste di Panama City Beach ed è dotata di tutto il necessario, tra cui 2 sedie da spiaggia e un ombrellone per il tuo uso (disponibile fino al 31 ottobre 2018) Ti piacerà cucinare nella cucina completamente fornita, che include TUTTI i piccoli elettrodomestici e utensili di cui potresti mai aver bisogno. Ci sono posti a sedere per 2 al bar della cucina e hai anche una sala da pranzo con posti a sedere per 4 persone, ideale per cene e serate di gioco! Il layout a concetto aperto conduce nella zona giorno, con enormi finestre e accesso al balcone più grande per questo layout nel resort! Termina ogni giorno gustando un cocktail al tramonto mentre ti affaccia sulle spiagge della Costa del Golfo. Il soggiorno ha una TV a schermo piatto da 60 "e un lettore DVD, perfetto per le serate al cinema. C'è anche un internet stereo e ad alta velocità per tutte le esigenze di intrattenimento. Hai anche la tua taglia COMPLETA, lavatrice e asciugatrice a carico frontale!

La camera matrimoniale è una vera oasi, con un letto matrimoniale e TV a schermo piatto da 50 "e lettore DVD. Il bagno ha una doppia toeletta e un sacco di spazio sul bancone. Ha anche una propria vasca da bagno e doccia separata in vetro. Rimarrete stupiti dalle viste da questa stanza: le finestre dal pavimento al soffitto conducono al balcone e alla vista a 180 gradi della spiaggia! La camera a castello è una camera da letto completa, con letti a castello singoli e una porta per la privacy. Questa camera ha una propria finestra e un 42 "TV e lettore DVD, rendendolo perfetto per gli ospiti di tutte le età. C'è anche un divano letto nel soggiorno.

AQUA Resort offre qualcosa per tutti! C'è una piscina interna riscaldata, due piscine all'aperto, vasca idromassaggio, una palestra all'avanguardia e wifi in tutto il resort. Sei a pochi passi dalle meravigliose spiagge di sabbia bianca e gli sport acquatici di tutti i tipi, tra cui noleggio di pontoni e jet ski, si trovano nelle vicinanze. Great location

We really enjoyed staying here. The location was great. The condo was nice and clean and comfortable. The beach access is great and the pools are very nice. Parking was easy. We will be staying here again.

Great time and memories

We loved our condo! It is very well maintained, clean and comfortable. I personally appreciated the abundance of shelves and closets to maintain organized environment. The location is right near many fun things to do and great places to eat at. The condominium is right on the beach and the view from the balcony is breathtaking!

First condo was horrible

First condo was dirty and nor cleaned very well. Water was leaking underneath the tile and maintenance was there 4 times and finally had to move into a different condo in the same complex. The new condo was nice and clean and we had no issues. The property management team was helpful but Panama City beach was very busy and dangerous on the weekends due to shootings and gang activities. I would not ever recommend anyone to waste their time and money to go back to Panama City for spring break due to high crime and crazy kids out of control that only come in on the weekends to cause chaos and mayhem.

Recommend without hesitation

Host had to move us to a different unit before check-in as construction had not completed at the expected time. The communication was excellent and the new unit was as good or better than the one originally booked.

I absolutely hate doing bad reviews, and typically don't. That's also why I've waited over 2 months to leave the review in the hopes that my issues would be taken care of. (They haven't unfortunately!) Let me start by saying that we stay at Aqua every single time we go to PCB, which is typically twice a year. This is the first time we've ever used a "company" to rent our condo (I like to rent from the homeowner). And this is the first time I've ever had to leave a bad review. I have nothing bad to say about Aqua- the actual condo complex. On our second day, when I tried to use the dryer in the unit, it did not work. It gave me an error code of "he". Quick Google search said it was probably the heating element, so I immediately called to let them know that the dryer wasn't working. (While the search also said that this was probably happening for a while- so maybe they already knew this was an issue? But maybe not?) The lady on the phone took my message and said she would relay the info to maintenance and get back with me. I waited all day (the first call was at like 9am), so I called back again around 4 (while my clothes were left to sour in the washer). I was told the same thing, they would tell maintenance. If I continue to write every detail, this will be a book, so I'm going to only do the major points. -Maintenance comes finally- can't fix it. However, left a HUGE mess that I had to come in to and clean up! We were told they would have to have a company come out an

Would book again

Loved the unit and complex overall. We used the west end elevators and never waited more than a few minutes. Always had plenty of parking and pools weren’t overcrowded. Condo was very clean. It is managed by a company versus a private owner so kitchen furnishings were minimalist, but we had the essentials. Only downside was the chair rental set up, the hotel next door sets up twice what the condo does even extending in front of condo with barely a walking path, even though less than half of rentals were utilized. You will be behind three rows if you want to set up a tent. But they do leave space for chair and umbrellas to set up at beach. Management company was very prompt with all communication.

My Stay

I had a great time in PCB and my stay at Aqua Condominiums. Please note that the patio where I spent a lot of time was not very clean. I had to wipe off the chairs and furniture before using. This was a first at Aqua.

Decent Trip

Condo is in a wonderful location- close to many of our favorite restaurants and activities in PCB and gives wonderful views of the Gulf! Check in, check out, and unexpectedly extending our stay was incredibly easy with the property manager and a quick phone call fixed a minor issue we had with the door code due to our additional day we stayed. My only complaints were a few cleanliness issues- i.e. the kitchen floor had a couple sticky spots like it didn't get mopped properly before we arrived- but that's just me being a nitpick! All in all- I would absolutely stay here again!

Would definitely recommend!!

Location is great, condo is beautiful and very clean. Has everything you need! Pools are great! Nice parking garage, walkover from condo, the elevators are very fast. Property kept up very well, security on-site, included beach chairs and umbrellas are great. The beach guys, who put out the chairs, have it down to an art. Other guests were pleasant and respectful, and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. The customer service was excellent and friendly. Great folks to entrust your vacation to! 10 out of 10!

Beautiful views from balcony

Nice property. Property mgmt. company was excellent. Only issues were not oven mits (pot holders), to get items put of oven, used dish towels. Could use better cooking utensils, some were melted & burned. Couch is very uncomfortable to sit on, feels like no cushions. I sat on throw pillows. Could use some coat hangers for closet too. Better pots & pans would also be useful. All in all we had a good trip. Tge view is outstanding & enjoyed the pools & set up beach chairs that came with the room. Would consider staying again if living room furniture was upgraded.

Beautiful views and listen to the waves from your condo

What you see is what you get. Not many amenities, but still an enjoyable stay. Make sure you bring your own paper towels, garbage bags, etc. Only 1 hot tub, inside, and 6 people is a squeeze. The pool was nothing special. Have to pay extra for lounge chairs on the beach. But, very reasonable price to have that view!

Not the best experience nor cleanest

When we arrived at 8:00 pm that evening our code did not work. Thankfully gentleman was kind enough to help us get into the garage. I called the next morning and they did not bother to tell us that the codes had been changed we were very UPSET AND EMBARRASSED to have to ask someone to let us in. When we arrived there was sand on the floors, I know there will sand but not this, mixed with dirt. Also refrigerator ice machine had a part come out and fall on the floor which made the ice freeze up. There was not a broom to sweep the floors, nothing to clean spills up with such as a mop, the vacuum was broken, and there were lights burnt out. I called to get a broom and it was about 2 feet tall. I was very upset how this experience was. Will not stay here again.

Absolutely loved resort. It was very clean and easy access to beach. Balcony view was gorgeous at sunset and loved eating on table provided on balcony. Only drawback was air conditioning felt like it was on a timer during the day and with a child trying to nap in afternoons it was a little to warm for comfort. Also disappointing that we weren't made aware that lobby area was under construction. Only 2 elevators were working at all times. Would highly recommend staying there and if we come back we would stay there again. Parking was very easy and Skywalk was a lifesaver. Within easy walking distance to Pier Park. Thanks for a great first beach experience for our child!!!
