Watch the waves break below you as you relax on your personal private balcony. This condo offers fabulous views of the beach, but that's only the beginning. Decorated in a cheerful palm tree theme, this condo features central air conditioning to help you relax from a day at the beach. Set the beach towels to go in the private washer/dryer, then prepare an evening meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Younger guests can rest on built-in bunks, set within a separate room for privacy. Enjoy a favorite film on the DVD player as the sun goes down outside. The beach is never too far away at this condo.

THINGS TO KNOW
Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 21.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice trip

Nice place to stay in the off-season when it’s not busy and if one of the outdoor pools was heated. Description says a heated pool and an indoor pool, but the only heated pool was indoor and it was overheated. Two outside hot tubs that were overcrowded at times. Great location near Pier Park.

To the owner!! Change rental companies for better review . They were rude said we could not check in 1 min before 400 no exception because they are not an hotel and obviously it was not because they were cleaning because it was dirty. A hotel would have been cleaner . I sent a pic of our feet 15 min after getting there and they were all black because of how dirty the floor was. The shower had mold in it. And I guess because I complained I asked about staying one extra night because one of the girls was sick in our group and we didn’t get to do much. And was informed the room was booked but I looked online and that was a lie. I won’t be staying here again. And the wait for elevator was an average about 30 min

Condos are nice, easy access to beach and walking distance to Pier Park. Elevator situation is horrible however, very busy and crammed especially if you have alot of luggage but overall a great place.

Fantastic

Overall the stay was amazing. The elevators are always an issue but that doesn’t stop us from going! All the employees are nice. The only issue we had in our unit was the TV in the living room, the color was bad and so everything had a blue tint.

Disappointed

As an owner of a beach rental, I would be embarrassed to let someone rent my place if it looked like this place. From the floors being absolutely filthy, to dirty dishes in the cupboard, to rotted baseboard and a blue TV, it left much to be desired. While this is a great location with good amenities, I will never stay there again.

Great location!

This was a great location and a great spot for the month of February with the options of hot tubs and indoor pool. Easy walk to pier park. The only bad thing was that each bathroom only had one bath towel.

Decent place but elevators are terrible

The view was amazing and the location was great. We wish the condo had been cleaner, as it was noticeably dirty when we arrived. The balcony, hallways, and a few other areas were not clean. Waiting for the elevators is an absolute con to staying here. It is the single greatest reason not to book here.

On-site Manager

We arrived on a Sunday night and couldn't get into the condo. It was NOT a problem with the actual key code, it was because there were no lights (like the battery needed replaced). We went back to the lobby and the on-site manager came over and basically told us it wasn't his problem, that we would need to contact the people we rented from. We tried to explain to him we thought it was because there were no lights on the door when we pressed the buttons. I asked if he would follow us up there so we could show him. He refused. At this point we had groceries sitting out for ovwr 45 minutes that needed to be refrigerated. My husband and I start calling tland finally got in touch with someone who was very nice, but unfortunately unable to do anything since it was a physical problem. Needless to say, we ended up being able to get in because of my husband. But then had to wait until noon the next day for someone to come out and replace the battery in the door. Also, we had no hot water, but that was fixed the next day as well. (Also, the master bedroom remote had no batteries so we were unable to watch TV. Which is fine because we didn't come to the beach for that, but still aggravating that we paid good money for this condo and had as many issues as we did.) We will probably never stay at Tidewater again due to the elevator wait time and the way we were treated by the manager.
