2/2 Beach House - Sleep 6 - 2 Blocks to Beach. Dog Friendly. Public Boat Ramp

2 Bd - 2 bath beach house. Single Story - No Stairs or Elevators. Located 2 blocks from beach access 12. Plenty of kitchen amenities, including spices and other perks (coffee pods/tea, sample shampoo/cond., wash pod, roll of paper towels and TP) to get you started. 1 King, 1 Queen, and couch pulls out to a full-size bed. Screened in patio, charcoal grill w/ tools, back patio with shower. Large driveway (fits 3 cars across) with room for a trailer if needed. Back yard rack to store kayak and/or paddleboard. We provide a beach cart, boogie boards, and some sand toys. Back yard has 8ft privacy fence. Located in Lower Lagoon, close to many restaurants like Schooners, Captain Andersons, Dat Cajun Place to name a few. St. Andrews park is approx. 7 minutes East on Thomas Dr. Public boat ramp 2 blocks away.

The home has everything you could possibly need plus more. AC works great, bed is comfy but above all the waterfall shower is amazing. Short walk or drive across the street to PCB or St Andrews park-beach is right down the street. Cynthia is GREAT with any questions you may have. If you bring your fur baby please know the yard is full of sandspurs. We had to pull them off our girl every time she went to potty. Other than that, this place is really nice. Thank you Cynthia!!

Me my husband and our 7 month old stayed here the house was very comfortable had everything we needed and was very convenient to the beach I recommend staying here and hope to stay here again soon.

Honestly Wonderful!

The location was great! My friend and I took our kids aged 9, 8, and 6. The walk was about 10 min to the beach and even beach weary it was the right amount of distance. The house was wonderful. We did have an instance with a pesky bug or two, but it wasn’t really an issue. The home was lovely. The only thing I wish I would have known about was the construction boards in the backyard due to our littles, but it ended up not being an issue! These two instances were the only reason for any four star rating. Thank you again for a lovely time with our kiddos and hosting their first time to the beach!

We had a great time. There was ample space for all of us. There was an issue with one of the showers draining, but they promptly had someone come out to resolve the issue.

The house was amazing. Great amenities, comfortable beds, fantastic location, wonderful owner and communication. It was one of the best home rentals I have ever stayed in. We will definitely be coming back.

PCB for Lacrosse tournament

We enjoyed the house and its location close to the beach and the sports park. The house was comfortable, clean, and nicely set up for our 5 day stay. We would stay here again of travels bring us back to PCB
