Sand Cliffs 606 is a beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beachfront condo located directly on the sugar-white sands of Scenic Highway 30A, giving guests easy access to the beach just steps from the property. Comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests, the condo offers sweeping Gulf views and a prime beachfront setting near Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seagrove Beach, and Seaside. Camp Creek Golf Course is directly across the highway, putting beach days, golf, dining, shopping, and exploring 30A all within easy reach.

Start your morning with coffee on the balcony as you look out over the Gulf, spend the afternoon with your toes in the sand, then head out to explore locally owned restaurants, boutiques, and neighboring beach towns. In the evening, return to the balcony with a glass of wine and enjoy the Gulf breeze as the sun goes down.

Your Space
The open living area makes the most of the condo's beachfront setting, with direct Gulf views and comfortable seating for relaxing after a day along 30A. Settle into the sofa and catch up on your favorite shows on the TV, or step outside onto the private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for meals at home, including a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and plenty of counter space. The kitchen island offers seating for three, while the nearby dining table seats six, giving everyone plenty of room for breakfast before the beach or dinner together at the end of the day.

For added convenience during your stay, the condo also includes an in-unit washer and dryer, making it easy to refresh clothes and beachwear throughout your vacation.

A starter set of amenities is provided: The kitchen includes paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, dishwasher pods, kitchen wipes, trash liners, and laundry pods. Each bathroom has toilet paper, facial and bath soaps, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Towels include one body towel and washcloth per guest, plus two hand towels per bathroom.
