Townhouse è stata completamente rinnovata - Floor to Ceiling. 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni più residenza a castello personalizzato si trova direttamente sulla sabbia bianca di Panama City Beach situato sul West End attraente.

La nostra casa è casualmente e confortevolmente arredate e decorate. Il piano principale dispone di un open space con zona invitante costiera soggiorno, pranzo e cucina abitabile. Il 2 ° master e bagno degli ospiti sono anche al piano principale. Townhome dispone di un bellissimo soffitto in pino lingua e groove in tutto con una vista mozzafiato da 2 balconi privati. Master suite oversize con area soggiorno separata con scrivania e balcone privato è perfetta per il caffè del mattino, leggere e godersi la vista sull'acqua e i tramonti. bagno padronale di lusso con doppio lavandino e doccia doppia. Godetevi la comodità e la sicurezza del proprio garage privato con ingresso indipendente. La cucina è dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e controsoffitti in quarzo, oltre a tutto il necessario per cucinare e godersi la spiaggia, compresi piatti e posate per 12. La piscina è privata per i proprietari di casa e gli ospiti ed è accessibile dal lungomare situato direttamente sul balcone.

A pochi minuti di macchina a ovest è popolare 30Avenue e Rosemary Beach. Qui è possibile noleggiare biciclette per percorrere la panoramica pista ciclabile di 30-A, gustare un pranzo informale nel patio di Wild Olive o Georges o prendere parte a uno dei numerosi ristoranti di prima classe noti per la cucina raffinata.

Ci sono cinque campi da golf pubblico entro 30 minuti d'auto. Camp Creek è senza dubbio la più bella del gruppo. Loved Donna’s condo! It’s in a great location. directly on the beach & in a quieter section of the beach so no fighting crowds. The condo has everything you could need & is close to anything else you might want. Donna was also extremely responsive any time I had a question. Would definitely recommend.

Beautifully decorated condo with easy access to beach. Clean and comfortable furnishings. Everything we needed for kitchen, nice appliances. Upstairs tiled showers are luxurious. Nooks for kids with cozy bedding and tvs. Extra fridge and freezer in garage was great. Nice chairs and beach toys in garage so don’t worry about bringing those. Flight of stairs with rail from garage and laundry area up to main floor. We enjoyed our stay and would choose this place again.

We loved everything about our stay at this townhouse! It was clean and well maintained, with a great layout and location. It accommodated multiple families across four generations perfectly, and the hosts are extremely generous with all the extras they make available. You seriously need to bring only clothes and beach towels. Donna was quick to respond and took care of any issues that popped up. Would definitely stay again!

This place was amazing! Our stay at this beachfront condo at Sunnyside Beach was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning ocean views that greeted us through extra large windows in the spacious living room. The condo is impeccably designed, blending modern elegance with cozy coastal vibes that make you feel right at home. The location is unbeatable, just steps from the sugar-white sands and turquoise waters of the Gulf. Mornings were relaxing and beautiful, sipping coffee on the spacious balcony. The condo itself is spotless, with a fully equipped kitchen, plush bedding, and all the amenities you could need for a perfect beach getaway. The proximity to Panama City Beach’s vibrant scene was a huge plus—local eateries, shops, and attractions like Pier Park were just a short drive away, yet the condo felt like a serene oasis. The property’s pool and beach access made it easy to soak up the sun. This condo is a gem for anyone seeking a luxurious, hassle-free beach escape. Absolutely amazing! This place has everything! Really the only thing that you will need to stay here is a change of clothes! The grill absolutely made the trip! We grilled out scallops, shrimp, fish, steaks, chicken for lunch and dinner every day. We probably saved 1,500 or more on our trip just by cooking at the house every night vs going out to eat. And the kitchen had every utensil imaginable. The nicest place we've ever stayed in PCB, no doubt. Beds were comfortable showers were great. Just a fabulous place to call home for a week. Hope to stay there again in the future!

Summer Vacation

Is a great location if you are looking for the quiet side of PCB. Literally 10 steps away from the beach, which was awesome! The owner was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. The owner provided everything needed for a great day at the beach! Just FYI....the assigned parking spots do not accommodate regular size trucks or SUV's. Garage was a very tight fit for our standard size truck.

Beautiful home and beautiful beaches. Donna was so easy to communicate with. The home is incredible and was immaculate when we checked in. Access to the beach was just out the back door. Location was perfect. Very quiet and peaceful yet easily accessible to shopping and restaurants.

The search is over! Simply Amazing!!!

We have been frequent vacationers to the Destin area for years and have been looking for a vacation property that will accommodate our big family and give us easy access to the beach. We have found it! Everything exceeded our expectations and we appreciate the wonderful communication with the host. The care and hard work that goes into this property is very obvious and it was like a home away from home! If this property is available for our next stay, we will definitely be back!!! As far as we're concerned, we've found our go to vacation rental!!!

The home was absolutely beautiful and the decor was lovely. Construction zone/hazard

Most likely beautiful while not being renovated. Started off not even being able to get in until 5:45 due to cleaning people still being there. We were woken up daily at 7:40 AM by construction and construction workers looking in the windows that proceeded to 5 PM. Zero privacy with constant drilling. Impossible to relax or for our young children to nap. We were shocked that someone would even have the audacity to rent this place out with all the dangerous construction going on that was not only on the balconies, but also in the garage where you could only access the unit. There was so much going on that they covered my car entirely with plastic tarps. We were refunded $500 out of thousands for supposed “only painting” and no balcony use. Talk about a slap in the face considering this unit should have never been rented and was unsafe. We get to take one trip a summer to the beach with our 4 kids and unfortunately this was the most disappointing place we have ever stayed in the 10 years we have been using VRBO.

Beautiful Place to Stay and Amazing Host

This property is beautiful. In addition to being mere steps away from the beach, the interior decoration is very tasteful and stylish. All of the TV's are smart TV's making it very easy to stream our favorite shows and games while away on vacation. The beach is what you expect: white sand and idyllic. The sunset views from the beach are gorgeous. The host of this property went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was optimally enjoyable. Her communication was timely and thoughtful. I plan on taking my family back to this property very soon.

Very nice property. Fully furnished kitchen. Nice bedding. The beach was the best part. The least crowded beach we’ve stayed on in years. Had to turn off the AC for maintenance one day, but Donna kept us informed and paid for a meal for us to leave and go to a cooler spot. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful property

This house was one of the best places we have ever stayed on vacation. We loved the quiet beach and how we were always able to get a spot right on the water- even during the week of July 4th. The property is well maintained and has everything you could possibly need, even chairs and umbrellas. Very pleased and hope to be able to stay here again.
