3 Bed, 2 Bath home steps from private community pool and minutes from the beach!

This home has been in my family for 25 years. I am thrilled to give other families an opportunity to build memories here, just like I did visiting my grandparents when I was growing up.

Enjoy your stay in this gated private community, a close drive to Front Beach Road attractions and beaches but far enough away that you can enjoy privacy and quiet. Sleeps up to 10 in three bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 2 full beds) and a pull-out sofa. Across the way from the community's private pool and walkable to Shipwreck Island Waterpark; no competing for parking!

The multiple bedrooms at JD's House makes it the perfect fit for two or more families looking to share a "home base" for Little League tournaments. It's centrally located between Publix Sports Park and Frank Brown Park - less than a 15 minute drive from each!

Walkable dining across Middle Beach Road at Another Broken Egg Cafe and Bella Roma Tuscan Grill. A short drive to local favorites including Firefly, Bayou on the Beach, Saltwater Grill, Lotus Cafe, Oceans Bar and Grill, and Beef O'Brady's. Fast food staples within a 10-minute drive: Sonic, Starbucks, Culver's, Whataburger, Papa John's, and Chick-Fil-A.

Within a 5 minute drive to local activities such as Rock 'It Lanes, Just Jump Trampoline Park and Royal Escape Rooms. 10 minutes to Zoo World, Ripley's Believe It or Not!, Coconut Creek Family Fun Park, Wonder Works, Race City Amusement Park, and Slingshot. 15 minutes to Hidden Lagoon Mini Golf and Race Track and the shopping and attractions at Pier Park. Great golf nearby at The Holiday Golf Club and Marriott's Bay Point Legends Edge Golf Resort.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Loved this house!

We are from Oklahoma. My son played in a little league world series there in PCB. The house was clean, close to the fields, and other attractions. It was nice, after a long hot day at the ballpark, to come back to place that felt like home. Loved the little yard and pond next to the house. Liked that it was a gated community and close to the pool. Definitely will stay again and recommend this property to anyone! Thanks for allowing my family to enjoy your home!

Excellent Rental close to the beach

The house was a nice 3 bedroom,2 bathroom. Perfect for our family and close to the beach without being on Beach Front Rd which is so busy and noisy.

Guys fishing trip.

We have been coming down for 6 years now to fish. This property was the cleanest we have had. If your looking for a place that’s close to the beach, affordable and plenty of room, I would strongly suggest looking at this property. The owner was on point if we needed him and helped us to the best of his abilities if something came up.

Great house

We had a great time here, the owner supplies a large collection of dvds of all genres, very clean home. Very nice location, reccomend trying "Another Broken Egg Cafe" within walking distance. Sometimes you can hear frogs in the small clearing right next to the house, we had so much fun finding frogs. The owner was very friendly and easy to work with. Our only complaint is the master bedroom king size bed was terribly uncomfortable for my partner and I.

Exactly what I expected

I wanted a place away from the crowded craziness off the condos and front beach road. This house was perfect…. Strongly recommend it. Visit St Andrew State Park Beach as well. Less crowded and just as beautiful. James (host) was great and just a text away if needed.

Great location!

Family of 7-great location and 5 min drive to the beach. I suggest Public Access number 40. Beside Burger King. You pay for parking but worth it. Doesn’t cost much. We would swim in the pool earlier in the day and beach evening. Less traffic flow then. It was perfect. Walking distance to many stores, restaurants, and the beach 10- 15 min walk.

We loved the property. The house was clean and nice. The beds were so comfy. The house was roomy and cozy. The community was easy to get into with the info that was provided. Everything is about 5-10 mins away so it was easy to get out and explore. The pictures do not do the place justice! James is great! We didnt have any issues with communication. The only thing that we didnt like was the sprinklers. They are automated and come on during check out. Other than that our stay was perfect. We will definitely be keeping this property in mind for future vacations!

Overall good.

Everything was clean and as advertised. Only complaint would be the room with 2 beds….the mattresses were VERY firm/hard. I ended up sleeping on the couch. James was very easy to deal with.

Convenient and good for price

The house was very convenient to everything in PCB. We stayed for softball tournament and it’s basically directly between the 2 parks. Very close to the pier for easy public beach access. Items in house were dated but nothing bad. Definitely bring your own towels/washcloths and beach towels. There just aren’t enough on property for the number of people listed to stay there.

Week Long Vacation

We stayed in this rental for week while we enjoyed PCB. It’s close to the beach and other activities. It was just the right size for our group. The kitchen provided all the necessary items. The kiddies loved chasing the frogs at night :) We would definitely stay here again if visiting the PCB area.
