The condo was in a great location. Very easy check-in, easy parking access for smaller vehicles. Hard to park big trucks in parking space. Love the pool access and beach access. The room beds were very comfortable and all good in the condo except the floors could stand a deep cleaning in corners and actually during cleaning times every Saturday, I felt the floors weren’t mopped well at all. Laundry room had space to wash and dry, only the dryer probably needs work or updated. AC only go down to 68, but it was a good unit because it was cool all week for us. It took 2-3 times to dry towels. 23rd floor was too high for us with grand kids but the elevators are quick and everything was easy access. Enjoyed the week with family. I would definitely stay there again.

I would not recommend booking with this property. We arrived at our check-in time and our condo was filthy. Not a thing had been cleaned. We tried messaging the host and got absolutely no help from them OR apologies. We had to call their 1-800 number four times and each time got met with attitude from the person on the other line. Our room did not get cleaned until after 6pm. Again, there was poor communication and no apologies issued from the renters. Gulf Crest as a whole was good- just book through someone else if you want to stay there.

We checked in around 4:30. Upon arriving to the condo it appeared it had been cleaned. We got unpacked & the cleaning crew knocked on the door to come clean around 6:00. Apparently the person that was supposed to clean the condo quit that day. The beds were made but did not have sheets on them. The cleaning crew was very nice despite having to clean around our stuff. The showers & patio furniture could use an update but other than that we had a great time.

Great balcony with beautiful views

we stayed for seven days during July and had great weather. Ocean was clean free of seaweed for most of our days but the pool deck and pool were a great getaway on the days. The seaweed was too much. We will stay again.

For the most part we enjoyed the condo. Very roomy and the view was amazing. If I had to rate the cleanliness it would be a 3 because we had to call housekeeping to come and clean the floors qnd showers our first day. The beds could use some extra padding or something to make the more comfy. But overall it was amazing stay.

Great place.

The place was super nice and spacious, the communication and check in prior was easy. There were some sheets that weren’t the cleanest. The location is perfect with easy access to the beach. Overall, would stay there again and very pleased with our stay.

Great Condo on the Beach

Property was clean and beautiful and location is excellent. The only downside is the mattresses on the beds - Truly in need of replacement. Otherwise, everything else is near perfection! Enjoyed our stay and can't wait to return!

Great vacation

The previous reviews had me a little nervous, but once we got there it was great. The beds did squeek but werent uncomfortable. Washer and dryer worked fine. Would definitely stay again.

For the most part this condo is great! View is fantastic. Bathrooms are dated and are in need of TLC. Couch in living room has seen better days. Complex itself also needs updating. Tiki bar was the bomb. Security around the pool they would rather sleep and play on phone then patrol. Husband has pictures

The condo needs a massive upgrade. Old living room furniture. Showers dirty, shower doors falling off. Toilets that barely flush. Old TV,s cabinets peeling, dirty floors, not enough basic kitchen supplies, stained sheets and towels.

Beautiful view of the ocean!!

Was a wonderful view from the balcony the condo could use some updating on the showers and the floors and coffee tables where not as clean as I wound like but it was a wonderful stay and the manager was fast to get the one issue we had fixed .

The condo was spacious and had the best views!!! But it needs a good deep clean and the box springs or mattresses (not sure which it was) on all the beds need replacing. The slightest movement on all the beds had the most annoying noises. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay!!

Loved everything about the place except for the cleaning fees I pay to get a semi clean place…the previous guests pop can ash trays were still on the balcony and the floors were quiet dirty other than that the place was TERRIFIC!!!
