  • 3 Story Beach House 3 camere da letto 3 bagni completi con zona di cuccetta.

    Il piano terra ha una suite King con divano letto estraibile nella tana che ha un bar e un frigorifero a grandezza naturale. Terrazza enorme che ha pranzare all'aperto vicino alla piscina con vista sul Golfo panoramico. La lavanderia si siede sul lato lungo la strada verso le scale verso la zona giorno principale.

    Il piano principale si apre su un grande salone con soffitti a volta di 12 piedi che sarebbe il punto centrale della tua esperienza di film con il suono surround e di un grande schermo TV satellitare con lettore DVD. La seconda camera da letto con il suo piccolo balcone privato si trova al largo della grande cucina aperta con un bar per la colazione e l'illuminazione ambientale notturna. La sala da pranzo ha un unico grande tavolo in legno con posti a sedere per 8 e l'accesso ad un ampio balcone con vista sulla piscina e sul Golfo del Messico.

    Il King Master Suite del 3 ° piano dispone di una zona salotto con un HD TV a schermo piatto Samsung da 60 'e cabina armadio. Godetevi spettacolari viste sul mare del Golfo dalla zona salotto del balcone del Master. Il bagno Master ha una grande cabina-in 6 'X 8' doccia doppia estremità lavanderia privato con separato la sua e le sue lavanderie e un sacco di spazio contatore. L'area della cuccetta si trova su questo piano al lato del corridoio.

    Parcheggio per 2 auto nel vialetto e 5 auto sul retro della casa (lato del Golfo).
    Il Carousel Supermarket è proprio accanto per le vostre esigenze di cibo e di casa.

We loved staying here! The house is comfortable and decorated very nice! It’s close to great places to eat and the Carousel grocery store is within walking distance and a great place to go! The pool is great and they had lots of beach chairs! Would definitely stay here again!

Quiet Location- Peaceful get away!

Great location- clean, quiet, quick access to beach, and very accurate representation of property. Each floor has a bedroom so there is plenty of space to spread out for your own space to unwind during the evenings. View was awesome. Dinner on the balcony were great with plenty of room for the crowd. The property is far enough away from the crazy traffic and tourist spots but able to drive there very quickly for shopping and dinners.

Family first

Idk how long this house has been here but we have come to PCB for 12 yrs now, and for the longest time my kids have wanted to stay here. I gotta say it’s one of the best experiences we have had, nothing better than having all your kids and adult kids under 1 roof to enjoy your favorite place in the world. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to stay in your home and make lasting memories. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful!

We love this house! We booked it two summers in a row. It’s spacious, well stocked, clean and comfortable! The location is perfect. It’s in a quiet area, but a very short drive to all the shops and restaurants. Walking distance to a supermarket and Thomas donuts. The beach area isn’t crowded at all. We love the private pool! Can’t wait to go back!!

Wonderful stay.

The property was in great condition in the most ideal location imaginable. Private parking, steps from the gulf on a quiet stretch of beach, grocery/liquor store a short walk to the right, donut/pizza/ice cream shop a short walk to the left. The garage was well stocked with beach chairs/toys which was an unexpected surprise. Overall we had a great stay. The pool was in substandard condition and the property manager was not able to get anyone out to help. I understand based on location the sand in the pool is unavoidable but it only ran occasionally and was often just still water. The property manager did promptly have a locksmith out when a problem with a door arose. Truly would have been an out of this world experience if the pool was cleaner, as the rest of the property couldn’t have been better. We had a wonderful trip and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Paid for early check-in however dirty linens waded up on bed in downstairs BR, no batteries in 3 remotes, Dishes(clean)still in DW, outside outlets don't work, Pool not clean,4 pots by pool need plants or remove them, No instructions for any electronics nor outside speakers, Frig doors in kitchen need adjustment to close properly, Master BR shower big disappointment, MB furniture needed dusting, Outside trash cans overflowing, prior guest did not place trash to be picked up, Reclining chairs on 3rd balcony don't recline due to rusted frames as well as zero gravity chairs by pool, exterior door hardware needs replacing 1st floor by pool, dinning room French door needs inside molding around glass, ALL outside decking is flaking-needs replacing, Garage has extremely tight parking, carpet on 1st floor stairs needs retackling, no cabinet space for guests to place groceries.

Wonderful location in Laguna Beach, FL

The property is perfectly located across the street from the beach. It's conveniently close (less than a block) from a grocery store and there's a doughnut/ice cream shop again about a block in the opposite direction. The home is very clean as I wiped down common surfaces as an extra precaution and I didn't pick up anything. We had an absolute wonderful stay, but there are several reasons why my review is 4 * rather than 5. Here are some suggestions to the property management/owners: 1. The property is a beach house/home so you should provide beach towels for your guests. 2. The grill didn't work and a maintenance person diligently came out the following day after notifying the management company. This was at the beginning of our stay so we thought that we'd get a new grill as per the maintenance person recommendation, but 5 days later and no grill and it was time to leave. The grill had seen better days waaaay before our stay. It would've been nice to be able to use one. 3. The property has a beautiful pool, that unfortunately is NOT heated. For the amount per night in the summer, the pool should be heated. I understand that the current system broke multiple times, but owners should invest $s into the property and replace it. Overall a wonderful stay and an easy 5 * if the above mentioned suggestions are addressed.

Wouldn’t stay again

The house is in a great location with Pier Park being a short 10 minute drive one way while all the great 30a beaches, shops, and restaurants being a short 13-20 minute drive the opposite way! There is a grocery store right next door. The house has so much room that you could easily have a few families staying. Even though we were told there were not beach chairs, there actually were some in the garage. Now for the negatives and why I wouldn’t stay here again. The lack of towels throughout the house was a shock to me! One kitchen towel. One hand towel for each bathroom sink and only 2 bath towels for each bathroom. This was far less than needed even for just my family of 5! We had to wash towels daily which I would prefer not to do while on vacation! The tiles on the balcony’s and pool area are all busted and crumbled. Your feet got filthy just walking out to a chair. It was hard to enjoy time outside because of this. The windows were so filthy that you couldn’t see out of them! We stayed for 13 days and there wasn’t a window cleaner there once during our stay. The front beach road in front of the house gets very busy and noisy! We were woke up before the sun came up every morning. The beach parking is very busy right in front of the house also! The pool is a whole situation and not ideal! Cold, dirty, and not enjoyable! This was the reason we booked this house. The blinds are horrible throughout and some of the windows were oven moldy and not properly sealed.

We had one issue where the air stopped working in the main level and thankfully they were able to get fixed our first night there. We def would stay again at this location. Lesson Learned: So disappointed in FOURSTAR Property MGMT

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we checked in at 1 pm on June 10th the temperature in the main living area was 79 degrees! I immediately made a call to FourStar. Bottom line, our family spent a week at the Front Beach House without AC on the main living floor and it was not repaired until 5 pm the night before we checked out. There was never an offer made to relocate us to another home and the inconvenience of having 3 fans blowing and creating noise 24 hours a day to help alleviate the heat (they brought over) as well as having a room air conditioner (they brought over on Wednesday) that had to be exhausted out of the main floor bathroom exhaust fan because there were no windows to use. That bathroom – right off the kitchen was easily at 90 degrees if not more. We did our best to secure the door so that the heat didn’t escape into the kitchen. Miserable. While unforeseen circumstances can arise, it is essential to ensure that rental properties are properly maintained and equipped with functional amenities to meet the expectations of guests. The lack of air conditioning had a profound impact on our family’s ability to relax and fully enjoy the time we spent that week. Considering the inconvenience and disappointment caused by this situation, we requested that FourStar provide suitable compensation. Their first offer was less than 1 percent of the rental price. Their second/final offer was again not suitable based on what was experienced and what one would expect. Also, accepting their final lowball offer of $1,000 meant that we could not share our experience. We declined in hopes to help future families not go through what we did. We strongly suggest going through a more reputable company. The house needs attention, all the doors are a mess and the grill had bricks holding it up as one leg was broken. Way too much kitchen stuff yet no pantry or area to store groceries. Enjoy all that PCB has to offer BUT through another established company.

It is wonderful, you have your own private pool, home is right on the beach, & gorgeous sunsets! The master bath is amazing! We will stay again! The doors are very nice & expensive but have swollen due to weather & sometimes hard to get closed& locked, causing a safety issue, but with strong men you can do it! Thank you!

Wonderful & Relaxing Vacation Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for about a week here at this beautiful home. It is wonderful, you have your own private pool, home is right on the beach, & gorgeous sunsets! The master bath is amazing! Perfect spot to be away from younger party goers but perfect for quiet, relax private adult time. Very close to shopping & Pier Park! Beautiful home, great location but a few minor issues.

This house was the perfect location and had every amenity we needed. Upon arrival we did find a massive grease spill on the patio area by the pool from the grill. We called 4 star condo and reported it and was told a cleaning crew would be dispatched; however, in our 7 day stay no one ever came to clean it up. In order to prevent this spill being blamed on us, we instead cleaned up the grease ourselves prior to departure. The home is beautiful but there are some minor cosmetic things that need to be repaired. Second floor bedroom had a broken lamp, the doorknob in master bath was missing from the inside, the coffee pot in the main kitchen needs replacing (there is a Keurig but it appears it may have not been descaled in some time). There were not enough towels and washcloths for everyone and we had to purchase some but other than these small repairs and linen issues, this house was PERFECT and we enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely consider renting this home again.

Great Home With Great Location

This home was just as the listing said! The only trouble we had was the check-in process, which was mainly because we messed up some info on the paper work. The mini-market next store is extremely convenient and the house had plenty of parking. So easy to get on the beach as well! Overall I would definitely stay here again in a big group like we did or with family.
