- Inside, you'll find two inviting bedrooms on the main level: a playful bunk room (kids will love it!) and a King Primary Suite tucked down the hall. Both come with en suite bathrooms.
- Head up to the third floor, where the heart of the home awaits — a bright, open living space with comfy seating, a large dining area for 8 (plus 4 more at the island), and another patio with peek-a-boo ocean views. Open the doors, breathe in the salty air, and settle in for early morning coffee or family movie night.
- The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook with family—or grab takeout from Bruno's just down the road.
- Down the hallway, you'll also find another King bedroom, complete with an extra sleeping option—perfect for the little ones or extra guests.

- King Primary (Main Level), En Suite Bathroom
- Bunk Room (Main Level), 2 Twin over Twin bunk beds, plus a Twin trundle and a pull-out Twin, + En Suite Bathroom
- King Bedroom (2nd Floor) King bed, plus pull-out Twin. Shared hall full bathroom.
- We also provide a Pack n Play for your little one.

- You'll love how close everything is! Gulf Lakes Beach Access is just a 3-minute stroll away—complete with bike racks and a quick boardwalk straight to the sand.
- Cruise along 30A with 4 adult bikes included! The scenic Timpoochee Trail runs right outside your doorstep, stretching the entire length of 30A.
- Pedal or walk to nearby favorites like Alys Beach, Watersound, and Peddlers Pavilion—all filled with great dining, boutique shopping, and live music.
- You don't have to go far for great eats! Local hotspots like Citizen's, George's, Bruno's, and La Crema are just minutes away.
- For family fun, The Big Chill is a must—just a quick bike or golf cart ride for movie nights on the lawn, live DJ events, yoga, and more.

The Extras, all Included in your Stay~
- Beach wagon, umbrella, and chairs for hassle free trips to the sand
- We also start you off with all the essentials – paper towels, toilet paper, laundry and dish pods, coffee, sponges, linens, towels, and dish soap.
- Outdoor shower– Great for rinsing off after long beachy days.
- All bathrooms come equipped with premium full-sized bottles of Public Goods hand soap, lotion, body wash, conditioner, and shampoo.

- Parking is available in the driveway and garage for 4 vehicles. No street parking
- Pool can be heated for $85 a day. Just reach out!
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! We allow dogs that are under 35 lbs and non- shedding. If your pup fits that criteria, we'd love for you to bring them along. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be added to your reservation. Thank you for understanding!
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.

We spent the New Year here. We had a great time as a family. The home was well appointed and nicely decorated. The multiple decks with covered seating was nice. Fenced in backyard for my fur baby! The lighting and water feature at night around the pool was well received by my teen boys as well as the ping pong table. We all enjoyed riding bikes and watching the sunset. Definitely will come back!
