    Immersa nella splendida città di Rosemary Beach, questa casa splendidamente decorata sarà esattamente ciò che il medico ha ordinato per il tuo sogno di vacanza!  Aperto, leggero e arioso è ciò che i proprietari volevano incontrare il loro decoratore, Paulette DeGraw del 30a Design Group. Eleganza costiera dal momento in cui entri in questa splendida casa, noterai la spaziosità e l'arredamento di buon gusto.  Offrendo tre suite king e una camera a castello per 4 persone, c'è molto spazio per la famiglia e alcuni amici!  La cucina a vista, l'ampia zona giorno e l'ottima sala da pranzo sono ideali per intrattenere, per non parlare delle camere da letto extra-large per rilassarsi dopo una giornata perfetta in spiaggia!  I tre grandi portici coperti sono un posto fantastico per scappare a leggere, guardare la gente o sorseggiare la tua bevanda preferita mentre assapori l'essenza della bellezza di questa casa. Molti ricordi saranno fatti qui ... Vieni a fare il tuo!
    Le famiglie adoreranno il 'Summer Cottage' in quanto abbiamo fornito molti extra per rendere il tuo soggiorno divertente e conveniente, ogni camera ha la sua TV.  Ci sono anche alcuni punti per guardare il tuo DVD preferito. E, se devi portare il tuo laptop, apprezzerai la connessione Internet ad alta velocità nel soggiorno!

Beautiful!

Loved everything about Rosemary Beach. Had a few hiccups with the property, but overall a beautiful home and great location. Easy walk to the beach and square. Biking was the best! Definitely well satisfied and happy!

Great location, great place

The house looks just like the pictures. Everything is nice and I would recommend. The only bad thing was the bbq grill, it hadn’t been cleaned in probably a year. The grate was just nasty. Other than that the house is perfect.

Kingston house

The house was very nice and well equipped. It was in a good location. I was pleasantly surprised how walkable and charming the area is ( close to everything) . Outdoor was very nice but cushions were soiled. Staircase needs nightlight. Only minus is most of cooking pans were older teflon type. A good paper map would be a plus to show pools etc. All in all a great stay that suited our three generations very well.

Perfect Home For Sharing with Friends & Kids

My husband and toddler joined 2 other families (of the same size) at this house in the summer of 2015. It was well equipped with all that we needed in the kitchen and the den was the perfect hangout spot. All of the bedrooms were located away from the others so we got the privacy we wanted. The master bedroom is huge - it was very easy to accommodate a full-size crib for our toddler. Also we rented bikes from 30-A so we rode those everywhere - with the kids and beach gear in the trailers at back. It's not located near the waterfront so expect a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. However a walk to the center of town is not bad. It's also very near the workout facility and 2 pools! We really loved this house and our experience at Rosemary Beach!!!

Family vacation

After many years, we were finally able to get all of the family together for a vacation and chose Rosemary Beach as the destination. The location, town, and beaches were great. We loved the opportunity to bike or walk the short distance to the beach. While the house had enough space, (i.e bedrooms and common areas) there were many issues during our stay. The kitchen faucet was clearly leaking into the closet and over the countertop. It had obviously been ongoing for a while, as the cabinet below had developed mold. We had to get approval from the owner, and the maintenance worker spent almost the entire day in the hose, which was inconvenient. In addition several toilet paper holders were loose/off of the wall, a cabinet in the kitchen was off its hinge, the grill was not working adequately, the smoke alarm battery started beeping in the middle of the night, and the floors were very dirty (vacuum cleaner didn't work.) While we did not let these issues mess up our trip and we still had a good time together, the stay did not meet the high expectations that were set. This rental was a hefty cost for my family and I, and we felt that the problems that presented themselves throughout the week could have been prevented had someone thoroughly checked the property as they are supposed to.

Enjoyed our stay with family of all ages

We loved our stay! The house was great and we liked how the bedrooms had a good separation from the living room as we all had different bedtimes and wake-up times. The courtyard was a wonderful space to hangout, have dinner, and it helped to contain the little ones in our family.

Great location

We really enjoyed the location of this house being so close to the town commons (4 minute walk) and a 2 minute bike ride to the beach. Unfortunately, it rained the entire time we were there and we weren't able to hang on the beach as much as we'd have liked. The indoor pool was pretty much next door and that was a great help for our fun factor! The living room could use some more places to sit. There were 7 of us and we had to pull over dining room chairs and some floor to all sit together. Not a huge inconvenience, though could get uncomfortable if you're hanging there for any period of time. Agree that the front deck cushions could be quickly cleaned. Had a couple of hiccups that were quickly addressed by 30A so not a big deal. The biggest deal was that Rosemary Beach itself switched to a key card entry, not code entry, one of the days we were there. And we had no card, which is needed to get both in AND out. Whew. Very secure place, that Rosemary Beach. Once you're there, you're there! The POA managed to get two to us and hopefully they're still there for the rest of you renters! Overall, a solid stay at the beach.

Nice, but could be cleaner.

The outdoor space was the best part of this property, with plenty of areas to sit and enjoy the trickling water and fire feature. The property was nice, but was lacking in a few areas. The dining room chairs and living room furniture were dirty, as well as front porch cushions. (Thank goodness I brought extra blankets to sit on) There was not enough furniture for 10 people in the living area; need another sofa. The beds were comfortable, but not the pillows… flat and cheap. Kitchen was nicely stocked with plenty of room for several people to cook together. The Master bedroom and bathroom were exceptional. All other bathrooms were small, but worked. It was a beautiful and easy walk to the beach. The upstairs AC was not functioning properly, but once we called for service the man was there very quickly to fix it. Overall it was a great place and I would rent again with a smaller group if they cleaned the furniture.

190 Kingston stay

Overall it was excellent. But there were a couple of problems. We got the wrong key pass for the pools. We were not able to get in the Cabana pool. The pass was for years 2018-2019. We contacted you several times and was told the HOA would take care of it. Never heard from anyone. Also, on a very rainy afternoon, 5 adults and 3-yr old twins decided to take a nap. We were all sound asleep and were very rudely awakened by loud banging on the front door, then a maintenance man entered the premises very loudly yelling. We awakened and thought, by his yelling and the time of day, that there must be a BIG emergency happening. Nope! Adult son determined from the man that there was on his replacement list a ceiling bulb upstairs and he is w as behind on his schedule. Oh, not our problem! A) The phone number of the main renter is on file and he should have been called with a heads up or (B) This bulb could have been replaced during the SEVEN HOUR period between our checkout and the next check-in. This was an easily avoidable stressor for us! Thank you.

Absolutely perfect in every way!

Not only was the property stunning, clean as can be, location perfect but the communication with our host was impeccable! Easy to reach for any question and made the process so easy! Would definitely recommend!

Needs updating

My family has stayed at many different types/sizes of rentals at Rosemary Beach. Our daughter owns a condo there. This house had a good kitchen except for the dull knives, which were replaced when we called. The living room had no lamps, only canned lights in the ceiling. We were brought a lamp by the mgt company. There are 2 bathrooms with pedestal sinks. The bedroom/bathroom downstairs with the pedestal sink was listed as a “master”, which it is definitely not. There is only one lamp and bedside table in that bedroom and the tv is on a side wall. They need to take down the seashell picture across from the bed and rehang the tv. It’s the same situation in one of the upstairs “master suites”, pedestal sink and tv on the side wall. I would suggest either rewriting the listing or getting a new decorator.

Perfect cottage for a girls’ tennis weekend!

Loved the house - super open living space made it perfect for entertaining! Bedrooms were spacious with comfy beds. Favorite part of the house was the courtyard and fireplace - we were out there every night! Loved the convenience of the location. Can’t wait to come back!
