    Vista sul golfo e uno stile di vita resort vi aspettano per la vostra prossima vacanza al mare! Stafford Villa, presso i villaggi di South Walton, si trova nel centro di Seacrest Beach - l'affascinante città costiera situata sul lato est di Scenic Highway 30-A tra Rosemary Beach e Alys Beach. Godrete di oziare a bordo piscina, in bicicletta casuale, percorso esplorare e, naturalmente, acque del Golfo quando si vacanza in questo 3 camere da letto, 2 condominio-bagno.

    Situato al piano superiore, questa unità dispone di una spaziosa, open space e balcone con vista espansiva del Golfo. I servizi includono TV HD a schermo piatto 1080p in ogni camera con un lettore DVD per i bambini, grande vasca idromassaggio nel bagno padronale, ingresso privato patio dalla master suite, lavatrice / asciugatrice, built-in armadio in ogni camera da letto e camera degli ospiti ha privato accesso al secondo bagno.

    A pochi passi dalla tua porta d'ingresso è una piscina splash pad ingresso zero con fontane, una grande piscina condominiale, vasca idromassaggio, griglie a gas, negozi e accesso a una pista ciclabile di 17 miglia.

    Al piano terra del condominio, troverete una serie di offerte di vendita al dettaglio, tra cui noleggio biciclette, gelateria, e Seacrest Sundries che offre generi alimentari, la prima colazione, il pranzo e panini in tempo. Ci sono anche diversi ristoranti per gustare: La Cocina (uno stile familiare ristorante messicano), Pizza by the Sea, e Acme Ice House. E non dimenticate le ciambelle sul villaggio prato ... proprio sotto il tuo balcone. Arrivare in 07:00 oppure il migliore sarà andato! Di notte, questa zona si trasforma in un posto meraviglioso per le famiglie per raccogliere, avere cena / bevande, e godere di top-shelf di animazione ... un ottimo modo per concludere una giornata in spiaggia. E, dal momento che Seacrest Beach è situato tra le città degne di nota di rosmarino e Alys Beach, si è a pochi passi da attività di famiglia-divertimento. The condo was in an excellent location. Top floor was great, that way we couldn’t hear people above us. Kitchen had great cookware and lots of dishes, cups and silverware. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again.

Really Great!

We truly loved our stay. The location was perfect, we could easily walk to Aly’s and Rosemary with two kids. The trolly to the beach was so nice! The condo was clean and very nice! We would stay here again for sure!

Location is fantastic to the beach and pool, along with restraunts. Excellent Rental

This is an excellent rental. The rental was very clean and comfortable. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood within walking distance of shopping and the amazing restaurants of Rosemary Beach. The walk to the beach is easy and the pool is nice too. Right next to Starbucks for morning coffee. We would recommend!

Lovely family vacation

I stayed at this condo for a week-long family vacation. The view from the balcony was absolutely gorgeous - we ate breakfast there every morning. The condo is very spacious, especially the master suite, and other bedrooms have closets and storage spaces. Although the village square was quite crowded during the day and in the evening, the quiet time was enforced from 10pm to 8am. Our host was very responsive during the booking process and throughout our stay.

Beautiful Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Stafford - the area is absolutely beautiful! The listing was spot-on, the condo has everything you will need, very well appointed. The location was great in terms of where it was, short walk to the beach and also a short walk to charming Rosemary Beach. The pool was very enjoyable as well! Our only “complaint” was the amount of teens that took over the condo complex - our last day of our stay there were 25+ kids on peddle bikes with music speakers lingering around the front of the complex. On our way back from dinner one evening we literally had to wait minutes for the kids to disperse so we could get through. I understand quiet hours were at 10:00p but thought security could have kept these kids moving and not congregate at the front of the property. Overall it was a great stay, and I highly recommend this complex!

Nice but noisy

The rental was clean and there was ample space for our family of four to spread out. Location on 30A was perfect - my only complaint was the noise. Quiet hours were supposed to start at 10pm every night and curfew for minors was 8pm. We heard noise (rowdy teenagers) well into the evening until almost midnight most nights. Called security two of the five nights we stayed because none of us could get to sleep. I wish security would’ve patrolled the area more diligently at that 10pm cutoff to usher young folks back to their rooms or to another area. It was rather annoying.

Perfect location!

We loved our stay here! The condo is the perfect location. You can see the ocean from the balcony and are centrally located to entertainment, shops, restaurants and the beach. The beach entrance is a very easy walk and the tram rides to/from were super convenient when your carrying coolers and beach gear. We loved the live music at night-so nice to hear from the balcony. The stores on bottom level were very nice to have and the sundries store is great for most food/drink items you’ll need. The beach is absolutely gorgeous! Make sure to book your beach chairs in advance though! The condo was very clean and had all items we needed. (No beach items, so make sure you bring your own or buy from store downstairs). The pools were wonderful also, loved having the very large kid pool that is only about 18 inches deep. The security on the property was wonderful and did a great job checking wrist bands when you are in the pool area. Property owners were wonderful and responded within minutes if we needed anything. Overall I would highly recommend this property! We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back.

Outstanding Service/Location/Experience

Host was EXTRAORDINARILY helpful! Property was perfect...awesome location and meticulously clean. Really pleased overall with the stay. Host communication was prompt, courteous and spot on. Kids had a blast and we enjoyed the live music at Peddler's Village. Seacoast Sundries (small grocery store) is on ground floor and came in clutch multiple times! You could spend a week here with no car and not even miss it. You can walk everywhere-Ally's Beach, Rosemary all an easy, pleasant walk. Beach-Crowded...but good. Make sure to get reservations for Beach chairs/umbrellas well in advance. This could really wreck your vacation if you don't manage this part of the trip. If you don't have reservations for a beach setup, get there EARLY and prior to opening to get your chairs. (make sure to tip, they took care of us!). We heard lots of grumbling each day when going to the private beach as people were leaving that didn't have setups. My son left a special monogrammed blanket in one of the bunk beds, host went above and beyond to ship it to us! Thanks for an awesome stay and the wonderful service! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! (and thanks Judy!)

I felt very safe to let kids explore and everything was in biking distance. One warning, because this is such a highly trafficked area, you've got to lock up your bikes! They can easily get taken (by accident or not) by kids passing through.
