    Please note that property improvements are underway at Ramsgate Harbour through January 2027. While your unit will remain accessible throughout the project, guests may experience daytime construction noise, dust, and occasional temporary balcony access restrictions while work is being performed nearby.

    Units 1-24: September 2026 - November 2026

    Units 25-48: October 2026 - December 2026

    Units 49-66 & Administration Building: November 2026 - January 2027



    Conveniently located at the west end of Front Beach Road adjacent to Carillon Beach, this three-story complex is the perfect choice for a breezy and unforgettable vacation! Ramsgate Harbor offers 550 feet of the world's most beautiful beach right off your balcony along with fantastic on-site amenities that include an outdoor pool, a grilling area with picnic tables, outdoor showers, and restroom facilities. You are also within a short distance of Florida's finest restaurants, entertainment, supermarkets, and shopping - there is something for everyone right here! Other great attractions nearby include Silver Sands Premium Outlets for some high-end shopping, Pier Park, Gulf World Marine Park, and more.



    This third-floor home away from home provides you with a spacious beachfront balcony off the living room with unparalleled views of the Gulf of Mexico and a convenient outdoor dining area so you can step your meals up a notch with a gorgeous backdrop. Inside, the first floor is made up of a sunny open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts upgraded appliances that will make cooking a breeze, including a trash compactor. Put on the chef's apron and treat your friends to delicious homemade meals. Then, let the dishwasher running while you all kick back and relax in the living area, furnished with comfy sofas and a smart TV with streaming and cable options. Both bedrooms are located upstairs, with the primary bedroom having its own en suite bathroom and a Gulf-front balcony!



    Beach Chair Service is included with this home through Surf N' Sun Recreation

    There will be a lounger set with an umbrella and cushions. The unit number will be present on the back of the chairs.

    Beach chair service is complimentary October - March



    There is parking available for a $35 fee per vehicle with a max of two vehicles. You will be emailed a Ramsgate Parking Registration Link a week before your arrival date.

    There are no elevators on site.

The owner has the thermostat set to 76 in June! You can manually turn it down but within an hour it automatically goes back to 76. I did contact the owner through VRBO and someone was suppose to look at it but never did. Nights were miserable!

Overall, the property was decently clean and we enjoyed our stay, but there are a few maintenance issues that should be addressed.The upstairs bathroom had mold that needs attention, and there was broken tile in front of the washing machine that could be a safety concern. The ice maker on the refrigerator was not working during our stay. The glass on table was broken and had a very sharp one on it had to be careful. The beds could also be improved with better-fitting or higher-quality bedding, as the comforters did not stay in place well while sleeping.The beach chair and umbrella rentals could also use an update. It would be much nicer if they offered the newer fabric chairs and umbrellas that are set up closer to the water, rather than the older wooden chairs that are positioned farther back on the beach and can’t be moved.One additional suggestion would be to install a backlit keypad or keypad with illuminated numbers. It was difficult to see the buttons at night, making it inconvenient to unlock the door after dark.With these repairs and improvements, the property would provide a much better guest experience.
