Ecco i motivi per cui questo: 1. Posizione perfetta; Si trova su Surf Drive, la tranquilla zona residenziale / ricreativa di Panama City Beach, eppure molto vicino a molti punti caldi. Si trova a pochi passi dal Club La Vela e dallo Spinnaker Beach Club, nonché da alcuni bar e ristoranti. Puoi divertirti quando vuoi, mentre puoi ritirarti facilmente nella tranquilla casa privata quando vuoi riposare o rilassarti. 2. A pochi passi dalla spiaggia: l'accesso alla spiaggia è proprio di fronte alla casa.

Beds were uncomfortable especially the upstairs queen. Even our twelve year old grandson couldn't sleep on it. My daughter said that the queen felt like two box springs had been put together. She and grandson slept on the sectional. My husband and I slept sideways after the first night of not sleeping good on the king. My son and girlfriend didn't complain about the Master bedroom mattress. It's a wonderful property but needs some paint and new mattresses and a more detailed cleaning. It wasn't as clean as we are used to. There were no beach chairs as advertised except one rusty one. We ended up buying some. It's in a wonderful location. Our grandson enjoyed the putt-putt golf course after we swept it off. It could be a wonderful little oasis with some TLC. We had an enjoyable stay but would not stay again because of the bad mattresses.

Great Location

The house could use a little bit of TLC and the downstairs had a bit of a mildew smell, but I think it was well worth it for the price, size of the house, and proximity to the beach. We also really enjoyed the short walk to alibi bar and grill next door. Ping is a great host and was quick to help with any questions or problems.

Great Stay!!

We all had such a great time and a lot of that can be credited to this awesome house. The house was SO MUCH closer to the beach than we ever thought it’d be. Was worried about not being on the beach but the walk was quite literally nothing. We had 11 of us and all slept comfortably in a bed. The little extra bar room was really nice. The listings surrounding area was also great. Pier Park was about 25 minutes away. Because of the lack of big condos, even though we went end of March, the beach was not crowded at all. Also the communication and kindness from the owner was very appreciated. Highly recommend booking this property and hope to book it again myself!

One major problem

When booking properties, I specifically sorted for properties that had a hot tub available. (Multiple attendees have pain or joint issues that made this a requirement when selecting a property to book.) The property was listed as having a hot tub, but upon arrival there was no hot tub on site, and communication with the owner, indicated that the listing was in error. While the property was otherwise ideal, the enjoyment of multiple people was severely impacted by what I would consdier a deceptive listing.

Awesome stay!

We had a wonderful time even though our stay was short. The beach access is right by the house which makes it very convenient. Also, the house was spacious and clean! The property owner was very friendly and always answered when I had questions. The mini putt putt golf area in the front was great to kill time. If we come back to the area I would rent this property again!!

Grandkids first Beach visit

Great location for beach run. Close to gas, food and fun play areas. House is being updated by the owner so you have some new things and can see how nice it will be to come back again and again. Plenty of room for us and our family and again the location is the best. Owner will respond instantly to any question you have.

The property itself needs some TLC especially the outside part. My family had some minor issues but Penney was quick with anything that we needed. The walk to the beach is right across the street, very quick access and the beach itself wasn’t too crowded. All in all we had a great time and can’t wait until next year.

Stress-free Beach Vacation!

We had a great time at this large, sprawling property! We had plenty of room for our two families, and kids even had their own space upstairs. Each day we visited the fish market and stayed in to cook and eat outside on the picnic table—SO much better than a restaurant! The best part of all was the location directly across from the beach access. The street was residential, and we felt safe to let our kids run back and forth to the house as needed. The beach was not crowded, and was a nice distance from the high rises. If you are looking for a brand new shiny condo, this would not be the place for you. If you are looking for a low-key, elevator-free, stress-free beach vacation, then I highly recommend this as the place!
