5 Minutes to the Worlds most BEAUTIFUL Beach!

Newer home only 5 minute Drive to Beach Access 21, restaurants, entertainment and public boat ramps. 3 bedroom 2bath home with an outside shower. Sleeps up to 10 guests, great outdoor space with tons of parking, along with room to park even a large boat. Home is ready for you to go to the beach with all necessary beach going needs provided, just bring your sunblock! Primary bedroom has its own ensuite, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and lots of storage, 3rd bedroom has double queen bunkbed with plenty of room for storing suitcases under bed or in closet. Living room has a pull out queen sofa sleeper, and lots of space for entertaining. Gas grill provided, grill while enjoying the outdoor large deck with sitting accommodations for 12.

Extremely clean, conveniently located getaway!

This location is perfect! I love how close to everything we were. The house is beautiful inside and very well labeled. All the amenities needed for a successful beach stay. The backyard is a huge bonus! Private fence with patio furniture and grass! My dogs love the back yard and the fence was in great shape so we did not have fear of escaping. The garage had beach supplies as needed. Ida was a super host and very sweet. Book with confidence!

We had a great time!

We had a great time. Just had 2 things that came up but they were taken care of immediately amd they weren't even big deals any ways, lol. I just like letting them know and she fixed it right away. I hadn't been to Panama City since I was a child but we all enjoyed the beautiful beaches and our favorite place to eat was Dirty Dick's crab shack, lol. I would definitely stay here again!!

Really Great Rental

We have rented many times in the Panhandle of Florida. This property is everything and more than we could have expected. Meticulously clean and prepared for our visit. Central location to all the fun things to do in that area. Great fenced in yard for our dog. Comfortable beds. Very responsive hosts. Highly recommend.

Family vacacions at Panama City Beach

The house at arrival was just perfect. We felt welcome when we found the puppy treats, and we never missed home. We had everything we needed. Our favorite place was the patio; you could talk for hours in such a neat place. My girls enjoyed the house and had so much fun during our stay.

Expected a Great Time, Disappointing Experience

The house is a recent construction which makes it appealing. Only had two issues with it, there wasn’t enough storage in the guest room and it’s in-front of a motel where the street is usually busy. Our main problem was with the owner. She constantly bombarded us with messages, and interrupted our stay multiple times. She came one day to replace a broken coffee machine and told us a landscaper would come Wednesday. He came Tuesday instead and stayed 2 hours doing who knows what. The grass area could be cut in 20 min max. Yet he stayed and we had to delay our plans. Then he texted the owner a picture of a hot tub we brought. We didn't think it would be a problem, we haven’t had the issue before and only had the chance to add some water to it. (There were no restrictions for this at the time but she has then updated the policy). The owner then texted us in an irate fashion and said she would “make the calculations” and send us the charge for the water & electric bill. We dumped the water out and didn't even get to use it. This ruined our stay. We felt like our every move was being monitored and lost trust with the owner. Didn't even feel like we had the freedom to shower for 10 minutes at a time without thinking it would be added to the bill. Or wash the dishes for too long. Then there is a policy that the owner can charge you for things 2 weeks after your stay! Seriously, didn’t feel like we could write a review without retaliation. We’ve used Vrbo many times before unfortunately, this was our first negative experience.

Love love love this home

We absolutely loved staying here. Pictures are exactly what you get. The back deck was my favorite part, its enclosed yard was perfect for my furbabies, we actually spent losts of time hanging out on the deck! Ida was a great host, she left us everything we needed for our stay! Love they have games for their guest and the also had beach chairs, towels, ect for us to use! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Stay

This place was so beautiful & clean. My favorite part was the patio, we enjoyed being able to do a cook out & enjoy drinks with friends and family. It was pet friendly and our fur baby loved it. It was very accommodating to my 4 month old as well. They provide a portable crib for my baby. Over all it was a great get away. Thanks agian for hosting us😊.

Perfect holiday weekend getaway

I absolutely loved this property. This property was very clean and put together very nicely. I loved all of the amenities and stuff they had to offer for use during our stay. Having the garage made having our motorcycles there a lot easier as well as plenty of area for parking. We had a total of 5 vehicles, a trailer and 2 motorcycles. The location is close to the beach! We were able to drive right down the road to the pay to park lot and use the access at pineapple Willy’s. The host was very easily accessible when we needed. We come down a lot and will definitely hope to be able to use this property in the future.

Very pleased with my stay. Beautiful home would book again

Cozy home away from home feeling. Beautiful inside and out. The deck on the back was entertaining and very spacious. The hostess was very friendly. The tv was not working in one of the bedrooms and she was there within in half an hour to fix the problem. Very good location.
