stile del sud Splendida 2.400 mq. Ft. Casa situata fuori 30A scenica. Nuovo per mercato degli affitti. Grande proiettati in veranda con porte francesi si estende la zona giorno. Nuova moquette, pavimenti in legno e servizi in tutto, cucina gourmet ben fornito. Godetevi la privacy della sempre selvaggia e l'accesso al sentiero naturale in indietro. Due maestri con bagno privato, una delle poche case con eccezionali divertente e zona pranzo / soggiorno con 10'ceilings. . Tavolo da pranzo 10 posti a sedere, più 4 a mangiare in controcorrente. Incredibile padrone secondo piano, bagno e veranda privata schermato. Due camere da letto al secondo piano con bagno in comune e veranda. Situato nella via più bella in Seacrest Beach, inserita tra rosmarino e Alys Beach. A piedi / in bicicletta un blocco a 12.000 m² piscina con cascata e barbecue, spiaggia e villaggio, Seacrest Sundries per la più magnifica colazione, mangimi per mucca e rifornimento e mercato della domenica, ristoranti di lusso e informali. Guardare il tramonto dal balcone dell 'Hotel Pearl o sulla spiaggia. Sedie a sdraio e ombrellone forniti- a piedi o in bicicletta o chiamare la fermata del Beach Shuttle gratuito situato direttamente di fronte alla nostra casa. Vialetto e 2 posti aggiuntivi per il parcheggio, tv a schermo piatto in ogni stanza, di grandi dimensioni divano soggiorno con posti a sedere supplementari, veranda e strada tranquilla per i bambini a giocare o in bicicletta. In riva al mare, Destin e acquerello tutti nelle vicinanze. Golf, parchi statali, laghi di acqua dolce nelle vicinanze. Negozi di alimentari e frutti di mare entro 1 miglio .. Goditi la musica all'aperto e aree verdi per i bambini a giocare sulla spiaggia, pesca surf, passeggiate mattutine sulla spiaggia. acque color smeraldo e sabbia bianca di zucchero. Perfetto in ogni modo! Nuovo Gazebo e concessioni per iniziare questa stagione a bordo piscina!

Amazing stay!!

Most beautiful and gorgeous house! Incredibly clean. Property manager was extremely responsive and prompt. Loved the area - walking distance to both rosemary and alys beach.

Wonderful happy spot!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The house is in a great location, was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities needed for our stay. Loved that it backed up to the trees. It was very peaceful.

Immaculate

The property was immaculate and in pristine condition, so we felt obligated to leave it as we found it. The host was very helpful and responded swiftly when we had to contact her with any questions. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots/pans/silverware/condiments. The washer and dryer was a big plus as well. Great stay! No complaints!

Great home with easy beach/town access!

We stayed at the property for a weekend with some girl friends. The house was clean and perfect for a group of 8-10! Location was great for beach access and walking access to Alys or Rosemary. Host was very communicative and responded quickly to any messages. 10/10 recommend!

Bachelorette trip

There were 8 ladies that stayed at this house for a bachelorette trip. The house was beautiful and well stocked. We had everything that we needed and more. Mark and Andrea were wonderful host. We were able to checkin early and they were quick to respond to all of my questions. I highly recommend staying that this beautiful property.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at this house. Everything was beautiful, new, and immaculately clean. Communication with owners was great. We loved the bikes and cooking in the very well-stocked kitchen. The neighborhood is adorable and the beach is beautiful. We highly recommend!

Great stay will be booking again!

Overall such a great property. Mark was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. The shuttle pickup right next to the house was perfect for us to get to the beach and back. The beach itself was very busy but we had no problem taking chairs down early every morning to save a section for our group. The chairs being included was also very nice so we didn’t have to bring our own. So many great spots in walking distance to eat and hang out. Will definitely be remembering this property for my next visit.

Beautiful beach house!

Perfect little vacation. Great location! Would definitely stay there again. Everything we needed was available in the house or nearby. The beach across the street was very crowded, however we drove less than 10 minutes down the street to Inlet beach with minimal people and it was perfect :-)

Best of all worlds

This is an amazing house! Plenty of room for our group of 8 and just the perfect costal vibe. We love the neighborhood pool, biking everywhere, and closeness of beach and shops/restaurants. So fun to be at the beach for July 4th fireworks! The Seacrest beach is great, but we also had fun biking 10 min to inlet beach..a bit less crowded. Overall, just awesome!!!

Perfect Place for A Perfect Week

The house was perfectly located, with no back neighbors, and on a very convenient and quiet street. The decor was beautiful and amenities plentiful. The porches, especially the screened in back porch, nestled into the wooded nature area was perfect for a relaxing family evening. Owner communications were exceptional. They provided great ideas about the beaches, the area, and local restaurants. Overall, we were very impressed with the home, the owners, and the amenities. There were so many extras what wasn’t to enjoy! We loved everything about our vacation.

Wonderful!

The house was gorgeous with 3 porches and nestled into the woods with easy access to the nature trails! The inside of the house was also beautiful and had every amenity we needed and more! Owner is very friendly and promptly answered all questions and offered great tips about the area and local restaurants. We will definitely stay at this house again!

Perfect first visit to Rosemary Beach, the house was very clean and comfortable, stocked with everything we needed. Convenient walking or tram to the beach, pool, shops. Definitely would visit again!

Family Vacation

This was our first time at the 30A area, we absolutely loved our stay here. The house was absolutely perfect for our family of 6 and had everything we needed. We rented bikes and walked everywhere. The pool was great and the tram was so close that it made it super easy to get to the beach. We will definitely be staying here again!

Beautiful and quiet

The house is beautiful, spacious, and quiet! The house is located near the back of the property away from all the traffic but a tram stop is right across the street for convenience. Access to the beach is very convenient!

Nice location backing up to wooded walking trail and great access to tram service to the beach. The home had plenty of space for all of our family inside and out. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Great vacation house

Property was as described and very nice. The pool and stores are an easy walk, and the neighborhood is nice. Avoid the private beach; it was overcrowded. Instead, drive 10 min to Camp Helen State Park.

Fabulous location and beautiful house

Location of this home was so good for our family of 9! The 21+ year olds were all able to walk into Rosemary from this home and shop, go to eat, and even walk to some of the bars. The home was comfortable in every room, the kitchen fully equipped, and we enjoy cooking so it was great! Well stocked spices and additionals, the towels and beach chairs/umbrellas were a plus to have there. Loved the porches that we used often. I would definitely return here!
