Ecco perché AMERAI questa unit��������� over-size (1017 SF) 1BR / 2BA + Bunks:

*** Aggiorniamo sempre la nostra unit��! A marzo 2017, abbiamo sostituito il tappeto nella camera da letto e nella stanza a castello con i pavimenti in piastrelle. Nel 2016 abbiamo aggiunto due nuove sedie imbottite alla camera familiare! Abbiamo anche sostituito la lavatrice e l'asciugatrice con nuove unit�� (inclusa una rondella a caricamento dall'alto!) Nel corso del 2015, abbiamo sostituito i pavimenti della Family Room and Dining Area con i nuovi pavimenti in piastrelle di ceramica! Sono state pubblicate foto aggiornate per tutto questo! Altri aggiornamenti includono nuovi colori, un nuovissimo materasso Simmons BeautyRest nella camera matrimoniale e un nuovo trapunta, e un nuovo sistema Mini-Stereo con Bluetooth nella Family Room! Abbiamo anche aggiunto nuove Chaise Lounges e Bistro Chairs sul balcone!

*** Perfetta posizione al quinto piano! Grande elevazione per le viste, ma non troppo alto. Da qui, puoi vedere le onde che si infrangono sulla sabbia mentre sei seduto nella stanza di famiglia o sdraiato nel tuo letto! Solo due piani sopra la passerella dal garage, quindi nessun giro in ascensore lungo!

*** Unità West End! Il balcone ha una bella vista della spiaggia in entrambe le direzioni, in particolare una fantastica vista a ovest per vedere i tramonti e il molo di pesca (vedi l'immagine qui sotto!) Questo è un balcone privato (raro in Aqua!) che ha due sedie a sdraio e un set da bistrot per due!

*** Sedie da spiaggia gratis! Il servizio spiaggia, incluso due lettini imbottiti e ombrellone, è gratuito per i nostri ospiti da marzo a ottobre!

*** Molto ben arredato, confortevole e di buon gusto. Ogni camera è splendidamente decorata. (Guarda le foto!) I tuoi bambini adoreranno i letti a castello su misura. Le cuccette hanno un sacco di spazio per la testa, così i tuoi bambini possono sedersi comodamente a letto e guardare la TV. E adorerai il materasso King-Sized Simmons BeautyRest in camera da letto! Regina dormiente nella stanza di famiglia offre spazio aggiuntivo per dormire. I tendaggi oscuranti dal pavimento al soffitto bloccano la luce quando si desidera la privacy e includono i fermacravatta quando si desidera far risplendere il sole (controllare quanto vetro si affaccia sulla spiaggia)!

*** Elettronica aggiornata! L'elettronica include una TV da 42 pollici a schermo piatto da 42 pollici + lettore Blu-Ray / DVD, un mini-stereo con AM + FM + CD + USB + Bluetooth nella camera familiare, una TV a schermo piatto da 37 pollici e un lettore DVD nel camera da letto e una TV a schermo piatto da 19 pollici + lettore DVD nella camera a castello!

*** Tutto ci��� di cui hai bisogno! L'unità include TV via cavo, connessione internet wi-fi, telefono fisso, lavatrice / asciugatrice, cucina completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, due bagni completi e posti letto per un massimo di sei persone.

*** È Aqua! Aqua è la proprietà principale su PCB, ed ���� a pochi isolati a piedi da Pier Park! Aqua è anche conveniente per Frank Brown Park e altre attrazioni della zona. The only slight problem we encountered (toilet would run) was handled in 15 minutes. It was nice being low enough to take the stairs if the elevators were busy, yet high enough for a great view.

We had to park on the side of the parking garage, was so afraid that our car would be towed. The other thing was that the guys at the beach were you get your beach chairs were extremely rude, there was one out of the four that was very nice, but the others were not. Other than that it was all good .

This room’s perks were the price, new sofa, comfy bed, cable tv and convenient 5th floor location! The unit had minimal signs of wear but is to be expected. It was fine for us and I would definitely recommend it to others. We enjoyed the location, visited Pier Park, Pineapple Willy’s, Triple J’s, Saltwater Grille, Pink Pelican Ice Cream and Goofy Golf.

A Wonderful Experience - As we have come to expect from Aqua

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family (6 in total) have been coming to Aqua for the past 5 years. There is a reason for this. We have stayed at other reputable condos at PCB but once we found Aqua, we have not considered staying at another condo. The price, quality of the condos, amenities, and staff keep us coming back. Their staff (especially Robin in Reservations) answers any questions, helps us plan the most cost effective trip, and overall takes care of any issues we may experience. Without hesitation our family recommends Aqua to anyone wanting to vacation in PCB.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This our third time staying at Aqua and had a great time. We stayed in unit 510 and it was very clean and well cared for. Lots of updates over the years. As for the property at aqua, although very clean, it is starting to show some wear. One of the elevators was hit and miss for the entire 2 weeks. The pool area was spotless as always but could definitely use some upgrades. The lounge chairs are in need of being replaced. The nice wood ones under the pergolas as showing their age. BBQs were very difficult to light but cleaned well every night. Staff around the property were always very polite and pleasant.

The location was perfect, being only 2 flights of stairs from the 3rd floor and the sky walk, but also doable down to the 1st floor since one set of elevators were closed for repair during part of our trip. The highlight of the stay, however, was the Owner experience. We had a death in the family that unexpectedly affected our check in date. She was generous and accommodating when we had to make changes to our stay. She went above and beyond, and her flexibility greatly reduced our stress level. I cannot thank her enough. Despite a sad beginning to the trip, things worked out beautifully, we had amazing weather and a great experience at Aqua Resort, Unit 510.

Beautiful 5th floor condo!

The pillows are typical hotel pillows so we went and bought our own; personal preference. The bunk bed bedding is different and actually much cuter in person. Good water pressure in the shower. The parking garage is convenient. After coming across the pedway to the resort, be sure to go past the elevators once you get over and turn right thru the glass doors and go down the aisle to the other set of elevators. So much faster! The free beach chairs were really nice to be included! This condo is decorated very well and the balcony is roomy. The two loungers were great to relax outside in the evenings. I would recommend this condo without hesitation.

Reviewer Comments: The resort itself is very nice, the staff is great...however, our condo wasn’t as expected...to the point I was going to request my cleaning fee refunded.....we arrived and there was food on the carper..there was stickey jelly, syrup peanut butter on the table that I had to clean. They must never clean the floors...every time we took a shower and walked from one room to another, our feet were black..totally ridiculous..reported the broken towel ring..was told they would take care of it..never showed..........not sure who is to blame, but not sure about coming back...just got back from gulf crest...night and day....perfection......so paying a cleaning fee and I basically had to clean the condo myself was ridiculous...

Enjoyed the Condo--Very Nice!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The facility was nice and very clean. During our stay (Christmas) it was very quiet until the week after Christmas when the kids that were out of school came! The beaches filled up even though the temps were only near 60 degrees. The only small complaint we had was that there was no kitchen detergent for the dishes we washed by hand...only dishwasher pods. Generally, condos furnish a small container and also one pod for washing clothes. We had to buy washing machine liquid for one load of clothes we washed.The bed in the bedroom was very, very comfortable...we like a firm mattress and this was NO disappointment.This condo was close to Shuckum's Oyster Bar which was nice...just across the street.The parking garage was nice. Overall, we enjoyed this facility very much and would recommend it to others. Just bring your own liquid for washing dishes and clothes!

Having “Alexa” was an added bonus for us as well as having free beach chair service! The owners, Steve and Jackie, are great to rent from and prompt with communication!! We have rented unit 508 from them in the past and it was just as clean and nice, close to everything! We will definitely rent from them again!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in room 510 for a week, the Condo was nice and clean, we had everything we needed. The only negative would be the bed frame and mattress in the master bedroom looked good but not very comfortable. The construction next door at Hyatt Place was loud and annoying while trying to relax poolside. As far as the pools are concerned, they were both small for the amount of people that stay at Aqua. The pool was also poorly maintained. There was debris in the pool and never saw anyone check the pool chemical or clean in or around the pool area. The parking was no problem and easy to get in and out onto the street. We took the stairs from the 3rd floor where you access the rooms from the parking garage or to and from the pool area often due to issues with the elevators. We saw people on several occasions waiting 10 minutes or more for an elevator. Last but not least, on Thursday around noon the entire complex was without air conditioning due to what we were told was for routine maintenance, the AC was not even operational when we left Friday afternoon, a day early. Not to mention the whole complex was without any power for a couple of hours while trying to get the AC on. To our dismay, because the air conditioning was not operational, and the power being off we showered in the dark and we left Friday. We Still don’t understand why routine maintenance was scheduled when there was a heat advisory. We were compensated for basically 1 night for the inconvenience which was nice, but the overall condominium complex was not great.Aqua is within walking distance of Pier Park and other Restaurants but overall we would not go back there. Really needs a lot of updating and maintenance to the property
