La nostra casa vacanza può ospitare 8 persone in letti, con un letto king-size nella camera da letto principale, 2 letti queen-size nella seconda camera e un divano-letto queen-size nella zona giorno. Il soggiorno ha una TV via cavo con lettore DVD. Entrambe le camere hanno anche TV via cavo.

Il tavolo da pranzo può ospitare 6 persone ed è separato dalla cucina da un bar per la colazione. La cucina comprende tutti i principali elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile tra cui microonde e lavastoviglie, inclusi piatti, posate, ecc. E una lavatrice / asciugatrice nell'area di servizio.

Long Beach si trova su spiagge di zucchero bianco nel cuore di Panama City Beach. Il resort è recintato con 24 ore di sicurezza sul posto. È vicino a divertimenti per famiglie, golf, ristoranti, negozi e altro ancora. Dal tuo balcone godrai di una straordinaria vista sull'oceano con tramonti mozzafiato, accessibile dalla zona giorno e da entrambe le camere (vedi planimetria di seguito).

I’m going to start with the worst part first. “THIS UNIT HAS ROACHES”. We battled these nasty things every night. We will most definitely not be staying here again. To make matters worse the big lagoon pool was closed the entire time we were there. Yes there are other smaller pools there but they were so crowded we couldn’t get in. It would have been nice if the rental office had made us aware of this before we arrived. The owner definitely didn’t go the extra mile for the renters. The remotes to the tv’s were all busted up and didn’t half work. The lighting in the rooms was terrible, no lamps in the living room. This unit didn’t come with beach service chairs either. Overall we made the best of it.

There is not much light in any room. No lamp at all in living area other than ceiling fan and just above dem for light.Plugs are loose and will not stay in plug. Microwave had stand out smear on the upper right top and set the stage for the rest of the rooms.

Nice resort

We have stayed at Long Beach Resort several times and it is always a good place. This unit could use a few updates to be perfect. The kitchen could use some help and the beds in the second bedroom are not the most comfortable.

Great Location

My family and I stayed here in September 2024. It was as listed. We love the floor to ceiling windows in both rooms. The location was great and the Walmart was right down the road. We will definitely stay here again.

Family beach vaca

This was our family beach vacation, we go every year. We always look forward to it!! I have to say the condo in itself was in major need of an update. If you stay here you will want to stay in tower 3, as it’s right by the lagoon pool. We stayed in tower 1 & had to walk all the way through the breeze way to get to the lagoon pool. It was a long walk, also not every tower had beach access, Thankfully ours did!! We came in a low season, so we didn’t have any issues with elevator wait time or anything. I also have to mention, the condo itself the key pad wasn’t necessary.. you did not need it. It would always open. We didn’t have an issues with anything getting taken due to this, the GM said this can happen because the sand.. also the condo didn’t get as cool as it should. The lighting In the bathroom was super crappy, as me & my sister had a tough time getting ready because it was so dark in there. We also had a vent hanging in the queen bedroom side. The lounge chairs were also mostly broken. They needed major upgrading. For it to be resort, it’s definitely on the older side. We also had a very hard time getting in contact with the rental agent, it took about 4 days past the due date of the rest of the deposit being paid. They would not answer the chat through VBRO, or email.. I finally heard back through them through a completely different number. They also double charged us, it took about 2 weeks to get that money back as well.i will say we LOVED the location though!

2 weeks in Paradise

We stayed for 2 weeks for our annual family vacation. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect! Close to pretty much everything. The condo was perfect for our family and very comfortable. Communication with the owners / management was very easy. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful condo 😊

Awesome Location

Property was ready and clean when we arrived. The location is close to everything including great restaurants, water park, race track and many shops. I like this location it doesn’t seem as crowded in this area. I would definitely come back and stay here again.

Family vacation

It was nice to relax to the sound of the ocean. We stayed over the 4th of July. You could see the fireworks from the balcony. The issue we had did not have anything to do with the resort, it had to do with unruly people lighting trash cans on the beach on fire, as well as one of the grassy areas outside of the resort. They were also shooting Roman candles at the police who were trying to do their jobs. We were up all night two nights because of their unruly behavior: police on megaphones, lights flashing in the bedroom windows, people chanting and being unruly at 1 and 2 in the morning. All of these people were on the beach.

Good location

The elevators were quick. Easy walk to pineapple Willie’s. Loved the pools and tiki bar. Inside condo was clean and had big balcony.

March trip

The unit was absolutely wonderful . Beautiful layout and furnishings. We had a major issue with resort elevators. Thank goodness we were only on the 4th floor and were able to use the stairway. Two days both elevators were down most of the time. Then one was only repaired and was able to be used thd rest of our trip.

Did not meet expectations

The view from this condo is amazing. The beach access is great. The condo itself had a very strange smell to it. We even had to go to Walmart to buy a candle. The floors were so dirty it turned our socks and feet black. Food was found in the pullout bed and kitchen drawers. Several banged up walls. Seems this place could use a renovation.

Excellent Condo overall

I enjoyed this location, and the unit was very clean and updated. my family rented 5 units throughout the property this week and I was lucky enough to get the nicest condo of all of them. this is conveniently located to restaurants, stores, attractions and everything you need while on vacation.

Great stay

We did have an issue with the cleanliness of the property. However, I did reach out and they had someone out the next morning. Communication was great and we loved the condo and resort. This is the 2nd time we have used ECDI for our rentals and they have always been amazing. Will definitely be booking with them again in the future!

Location was perfect!

Enjoyed our stay! Location was great easy walk to gas station, gift stores along with couple places to eat. Elevators where quick no wait time. Parking was great for our oversized truck! Only down fall was floors and couches could use a little extra TLC. Kitchen was efficient had to buy some storage bowls would Suggest bring some if you keep leftovers. On a personal note could use some deeper bowls for cereal or soups as they where really shallow. Over all our stay was great the views from the Condo was great and gonna pass this location to other family members. Would stay here again! Beach was not over populated in front of the building!
