Forever Young ”è una meravigliosa casa al mare con 3 camere da letto e 3. 5 bagni situata nella zona più tranquilla di Laguna Beach, nel West End di Panama City Beach, e renderà sicuramente la tua vacanza meravigliosa. Con uno spazio all'aperto spettacolare e arredi accattivanti, questo è sicuramente un fantastico rifugio per le vacanze.

Quando entri in casa, la pianta aperta al piano inferiore ti dà il benvenuto in casa. L'arredamento aggiornato e il tocco di colore esaltano il fascino di questa casa.

Situato al piano principale, l'ampio soggiorno con divano letto e un ampio tavolo da pranzo è perfetto per riunioni di famiglia. Troverai la cucina rinnovata con mobili eleganti, elettrodomestici aggiornati e ripiani in granito adiacenti alla zona giorno ed è completamente attrezzata per preparare pasti favolosi.

La prima di tre camere da letto si trova al piano principale. Questa camera dispone di un letto matrimoniale con TV a schermo piatto e di un ampio bagno privato con cabina doccia.

La scala a chiocciola conduce al piano superiore in un ampio spazio di vita con divano componibile in pelle con divano letto matrimoniale e TV a schermo piatto. Questa è un'ottima area in cui i bambini possono giocare o guardare film.

Al secondo piano si trova anche una spaziosa camera matrimoniale splendidamente decorata con un letto king size, TV a schermo piatto e bagno privato. Il bagno principale dispone di una cabina doccia piastrellata e lavandini per lui e per lei. Con accesso al balcone coperto al piano superiore goditi la vista sul Golfo del Messico e guarda i tramonti mozzafiato o si affaccia sulla piscina privata mentre la famiglia gioca.

La terza camera degli ospiti è ben arredata e dispone di (2) letti singoli, ampio armadio e TV a schermo piatto. C'è un terzo bagno per gli ospiti situato adiacente a questa camera da letto con una combinazione doccia / vasca.

Una lavatrice e asciugatrice full size è fornita per l'uso con una porta che conduce alla spaziosa terrazza della piscina e piscina privata. Rilassati e goditi il sole o griglia per la famiglia. La casa dispone di pavimenti in piastrelle in tutta la casa, garage privato per 2 auto e WiFi gratuito.

This house was perfect! We had 3 couples and one teenager who all agreed this was probably the most relaxing week we have ever had. Nice size pool we all enjoyed every evening after a long day at the beach. The beach access was a quick, easy walk from the house. The 2nd refrigerator in the fridge was perfect to hold all the extra food, drinks etc! Plenty of cookware, plates and ample space to store snacks! There is a lot more we could say about this house. But the most important thing is whenever we make it back to Panama City beach this will be the house we will stay! The Bosse’s, Webster’s and Yelton’s.

Had a wonderful stay at this property. No one in my family had been to this part of Florida before but we are definitely going to be repeat visitors. I also would gladly rent this place out again as it was perfect. The rooms were perfect and the location was amazing. Beautiful pool to go along with the property and proximity to the water was great.

The communication with the host was great and quick. The place was so nice and super clean. It’s literally like a block from the beach. The backyard pool area is gorgeous and pool was super clean. The only thing to mention is there add days fully stocked kitchen but they only mean that all dishes/pans/skillets provided. There is not a single item for cooking like oil, salt pepper, no coffee grounds and only 1 laundry pod was provided. So you will have to purchase all of those things.

We really enjoyed our stay!! Everything was in top notch shape and clean. It was a super close walk to the beach!! Our kids enjoyed the pool when we weren’t at the beach!! Lisa was super attentive with any questions that came up before and during our stay!! I would recommend 10/10!! We would definitely stay here again:)

This home was beautiful and very spacious. We had 8 in our group but this comfortably sleeps 10. No one was right on top of each other and had their own space. There are 3.5 baths so we never had problems with waiting for bathrooms. The pool is beautiful and was a great option when the kids were tired of the ocean. There are 2 beach accesses right across the street so no need to walk far at all. The house is stocked with everything needed in the kitchen and a grill outside. My cousin and I wanted to split the cost and Terea with management was very accommodating. We arrived several hours early and I was surprised to get a text saying the property was available a little early. I definitely plan to return to this property again, it was a wonderful place to stay.

We will absolutely be back to stay at this house. The location was perfect for us, our three children (ages 3months, 4years, &6years), my parents, sister &h we boyfriend. Close enough to Panama City Beach and RoseMary Beach if you want the bigger shops, restaurants, etc. but far enough away that you aren’t right in the hustle and bustle of those busy areas. Very family friendly! The pool was perfect after spending a few hours at the beach, the kids were always asking to go swim! The walk to the beach took 2 minutes at most, and thats with three small children and a wagon full of beach essentials in tow. We can’t wait to come back again!

My family just had the most relaxing vacation at this property! The property was very clean and just as the pictures showed on the website! The owner is prompt in responding to any questions we may have had. The beach had double red flag warnings the entire duration of our stay (extremely close to the beach) but that was no problem for us because we were able to relax in the pool longer!! My teenagers have already told me that this is the house that we need to book for next summer!

We enjoyed our time here! House was very clean and located where no large condos are waterfront. Close enough to the beach that we could easily go back and forth as needed throughout the day. The pool and pool area was very nice, but in late November the water is pretty cold, so only a few played in the pool, and only for a very short time. There were 8 of us (mom, dad, & 6 of our kids, ages 7-19) and we had just enough room. The pictures show the upstairs bedroom as having 2 twin beds, but it only had one queen. (My 2 teenage boys weren't too thrilled to share a bed, but they got over it! ) This was our first trip to the gulf coast of Florida, and it will not be our last! The beach was very clean and not crowded at all. (Thanksgiving week 2020)

Perfect accommodations for our annual ladies trip. We’ve always stayed on the east end of PCB -but this place so much more relaxing!! Easy and quick access to beach, but the pool was a trip saver due to rip tides. Close to shopping and great restaurants - already planning our next trip!!

The close proximity to the beach and the private pool were two of the best things about the property. It sits on the quieter end of Panama City Beach for a relaxing vacation. The home is well appointed and even has a garage for two vehicles. I would highly recommend this home to anyone wishing to vacation in this area that needs the room.

This house was beyond my expectations!!! What a beautiful home!! The pictures that are posted doesn't do it justice as seeing it in person!! The kids loved the fact they can walk to the beach & then swim in our own private pool!! If I had to complain about anything, it would be the ants. I would stay here again for sure!!!

This is a beautiful home, spacious and situated very close to the beach. All three bedrooms are very nicely decorated with plenty of space as well as the kitchen. Our family really enjoyed the big pool area, it has the biggest pool that I've ever seen in a vacation rental. In my opinion you can't go wrong in choosing Forever Young.
