There is a huge construction project to replace water lines going on in this resort. The owner of the condo did not include this information with the listen or after we booked. We arrived to a complete mess, Internet outages, constant noise to include at 6am in the morning, blocked roads and entrances and limited or no access to the beach as was described in the advertisement. The owner of the condo and the HOA management company blamed each other for the mess and provided no real solutions. Everyone staying for the week was irritated by the mess. The owner did not provide complete instructions for entering the report or the condo. On top of the mess and noise there are 20 something security guards who go around on golf carts asking at random for guests to show them the band you are required to wear everywhere while at the resort. Even if they’ve approached you once they approach you over and over to display your band. Maybe this is to be expected in a five star resort but this resort barely meets three stars. No one should have to spend their vacation in this mess. I’ve included a few pictures of the large trucks that go all day long and block parking and roads. I would never stay here again. I thought renters had to been informed of these types of situations.
